Each month I get robocalls that meds are ready to pickup. Get to the pharm and not all are ready.
If my entire order is not ready, STOP WITH THE REPEATED CALLS.
Abysmal service.

I miss Burrell HealthMart. My daughter takes multiple medications (due to health issues and is young) and the app is really confusing when it comes to dates and refills. Anytime I call the pharmacy to check on a medication to be filled most of the Pharmacist are very rude. NOT ALL but most. I hope they don't treat everyone like that. Obviously if people are get a medication/s they are going through something. To be treated unkind is uncalled for.

I want to start using this pharmacy since the Burrell pharmacy closed. Went to get my prescription filled and was told they do not have at this time. The lady was somewhat rude and really didn't give me any explanation without me asking the questions. This was my first visit there and will give them one more chance then will use another pharmacy if I have the same welcome!

The Giant Eagle Pharmacy at Community Marlet, Lower Burrel, had what i needed when NO Other G.E. Pharmacy in my area had it. They will be my Local Pharmacy from now on. Extremely courteous and efficient.I HIGHLY recommend them !

It’s obnoxious how long the drive through takes…. I swear cars have to stop and stop a script off and be told, “it’ll be 15 min.,” and then proceed to sit there and wait. It’s so frustrating.
