The Community Market is often convenient, always has what customers are looking for, and the staff is friendly and helpful. It carries specific popular dairy products. The store is very clean and offers fresh meat and produce. Many consider it the best deli around. However, the shopping center faces challenges. Some note the deli has problems, with workers handling food without changing gloves after touching surfaces or cleaning. The plaza itself has issues: the owner is seen as greedy with little care for the buildings or businesses, rent is insane, and modifications are not really allowed. Trash cans are often full and overflowing, and the parking lot needs repaved badly, with potholes causing traffic issues. There is high turnover in storefronts and abhorrent hospitality for businesses. While the stores are good and a seasonal tree lot is wonderful with a beautiful selection, the plaza owner needs to do better to support the businesses that remain.
