I had a bad experience with turbo tax, but when I sat down to do my taxes with H&R Block, It was the best experience ever! It was my first time going into a office to get my taxes done, so when Carol Mckain told me the price of me paying more than $400 it was so mind blowing. I did not like it, I was about to get up and walk away ! Well, that didn’t happen due to the experience she gave me. She laughed as if we were friends of 20 years. She made me feel so comfortable and kept me entertained the whole time! Just because of my experience with her, I continued the process. It was so worth it paying that $400

Today we went in for our appointment and Art told us he could not file our taxes he refused to fill out my k1 and help us file, he was ruude to my wife and argued with her about getting our taxes filed, he then pushed us out to March 1st to have someone else file them for us. This location was dead the sign said they where still closed when they had been open for 30min already he was very put out that we did not walk in with 1040ez paper and then just left it at that.We then when to another location that confirmed that he was qualified to file our taxes and that she did not know why he would refuse to file them she has already taken care of our needs but I would stay away from this location Art is not someone I would want to touch my taxes if I was you.
