Took my vehicle here for an oil change and tire rotation 2 months ago and in those 2 months my front brakes are worn down to nothing and I have to replace the rotors. But on the "inspection" they did 2 months ago nothing was ever said about my brakes otherwise I would have taken care of it then. When I took it in I voice my concern about their inspection, because even though I'm female I know it takes longer than 2 months for the brakes to go bad, I just got a blank stare and was given a quote. I also took my vehicle in because it was overheating. Was told they would replace the thermostat. Got my text saying my vehicle was ready, went to pick it up, was getting ready to pay and take it home when the tech who worked on it spoke up and said even though they replaced the thermostat it was still overheating! They were going to let me take a still broken vehicle home without saying anything. Kudos to the tech for speaking up, but after this I will never take my vehicle back to them. I have already called corporate so we'll see what happens.

I was scheduled for 2 hours however when I got there there was a lady getting her car worked on too this is an inspection btw, but he said I'm after her I'm thinking I have an appointment but when her car was pulled around mines came too I was shocked but happy very good quick service I left my wallet at home they even let me go get it

They suck and treat female customers worse than male customers. The service guy was rude to me compared to the male customers and proceeded to get snappy with me on the phone and treated me like I was stupid when I called back with a question because he didn't take the same amount of time to explain the issue with my car as the other customers. At first, he acted like I only needed one part from the dealership at the end of the appointment and then when I called back he said I needed all of them with an attitude. I also had a male customer harassing me at the store and they literally left my car unlocked parked with the key in it in outside in front of him when I was getting ready to leave.

I'll start by saying, BEWARE ! I visited Midas for state inspection. Being a single female, I always expect a little bit of you need this and you need that from some businesses. Midas took the prize. No sooner had the wheels come off of my vehicle and they were telling me I needed new brakes and rotors. It would be at least $1000. I played into it asking if only one axle could be done on that visit and saying no way I can afford it whatsoever. He kept saying no other way than to do as they suggest. He kept asking me if they could start the work and what is my decision. I figured they would tell me the car wouldn't pass inspection. ? A short while later I'm told my car is out front, it's done. Again, I'm thinking if the brakes and rotors were that bad, it didn't pass. It had the new stickers on it. They did try to pressure and scare me into unnecessary a new $1000, platinum lined obviously, brakes and rotors job. I say shame on them and I have reported to the BBB. I'm sure this SCAM works on the majority of people that go in there. Businesses doing this should lose their licenses and be closed down. I DO NOT RECOMMEND using this business for your car servicing needs. Be careful and mindful of their SCAM if you do.

Fantastic customer service! Went in for an oil change and was pleasantly surprised. Brian did a great job explaining the additional services and discounts being offered. Quick service, very thorough inspection and less expensive than the other guys! I highly recommend Brian and his mechanics at the Lower Burrell shop!
