Do what you want but I haven't left a bad review for a company.. until now. This GM is absolutely atrocious... She doesn't deserve to be a GM. I'm active duty military and would never think someone could be so rude for putting garbage in a trash can that had no sign only a bolt and screw. They will lose a lot of business I told them I was putting a bad review up. I would go to another U-Haul place before coming here. There was no sign no locks just a bolt and a screw. She could have said " excuse me I'm the GM here my name is Dana I just wanted to let you know our garbage cans are not for customers". But nope that's not what happened at all... She came out didn't introduce herself straight ignorance off the bat. I tried to apologize numerous of times I got upset when she threatened me saying what I'm doing is against the law and she will have me banned from using U-Haul honestly don't care won't be using U-Haul anymore anyways. I never had a problem with U-Haul until this person I will be speaking with HR.

It's a very very very clean storage facility. The prices went up and that was even before inflation. My mother &bro both had storage facilities here a few months before my husband and I got one. They were running some type of Bogo at the time my immediate family got there's. When I went to get ours...it was over. I mean...nothing beats having a family member with a lot of space that can just let u store stuff there instead of paying for it. We have a next to largest facility and with tax it's a little high. I'm not sure what other places charge however. So maybe its really not that high. If your going in, thinking your going to get some Bogo deal bc your family was in there a month or 2 prior to when you went to rent your facility (like I did) then it's not bogo in addition to the rates higher than u thought...its just w rude awakening. I do wish u-haul and the dollar tree across the lot from them would get together some how with the city and do the right thing and block off the nesting killdeer. I counted at least 4 or 5 mating pair of killdeer and ppl where just totally ignoring them and practically running them over. Ppl must not have a clue that they're a federally protected bird&its not ok to have them ran over by a bulldozer or two either. All that gravel u-haul has closer to the dollar tree is nesting areas that should have cones or caution tape around them. There are schools that are closing entire entrances and parking lots bc they're federally protected birds. I'm not sure why ppl think it's ok to just kill babies and run over nests when those parents work tirelessly night and day to protect them. Then when the little ones hatch they ofcourse can't fly and they just look like little cotton balls running around. They're the closest relative to the extremely endangered piping plover. We need them around. They help us keep so so many bug counts down and without them we'd be really over ran with INSECTS every summer. Can we maybe help them? If your not sure what to do plz contact the Verona Wildlife rehab or your local fish and wildlife service.

I have used them many times and each time has been fine. The reason for the 4 stars is because there is always some odd disconnect between online booking and pickup. You all need to work on that process because I don’t feel like I’m saving any time when I pick up the vehicle because I go through everything online, then again at the store for some reason. Online booking interactions should be: Sign, keys, drive. 2 minute interaction.

I returned my rental went inside with a broken foot, mind you, to make sure it was checked after I added more fuel than I started with and washed their truck for them because I didn't notice it asked if it was clean and wasn't when I got it so I didn't want charged and still was charged almost $16 extra days later after the manager personally checked the vehicle upon return and printed me a receipt. Just ridiculous they can just add charges even after you do everything correctly

The people at the Lower Burrell Uhaul hub are wonderful! They are kind, pleasant, welcoming, greet & speak to you with smiles, engage with customers & each other, & go out of their way to help! These are all qualities that are hard to come by lately. Uhaul could teach other places a thing or 12 about how to interact with customers. They even called me when I was about 15 minutes late because of a hiccup I had on my end and changed the time of my reservation so I didn't lose it, and she seemed happy to do this for me! When I went to leave, I had to go back in because I couldn't reach the pedals. We had a good laugh because I'm too short for, well, everything. ? She could have just told me how to move the seat, but instead she happily went out (in the rain, mind you) & showed me. (I looked in the wrong area for the slider thing.) They really are great people!The store is clean, organized, and the prices for things like ratchet straps is really good, too. I stupidly went somewhere else and got two for $6 more than the price of 4 at Uhaul. *oop* They aren't trying to gouge people the way you would expect at places where you'd need supplies in addition to the service. That was a nice touch.I was having a terrible start to my day before getting there, but after you had me smiling and laughing, my day was turned around. Even with the rain ruining my hair, my morning starting off terrible, and the stress of moving & being nervous about renting a big truck, I had a great rest of the day and it all started with being a customer at Uhaul! I sincerely thank you for the great experience! You truly changed my whole day!!

We have rented trucks from them and they have always provided great service in our trucks or vans or always outside waiting. I give them a five star rating. We will always be renting there when needed. Thank you

Most one star reviews are correct. They make false accusations in attempt to steal more of your money as is. Completely un professional and I would not recommend this location to anyone. If I could rate 0 stars I would honestly. This branch needs shut down and operated by someone else.

Absolute horrible experience!!! One of the worst experiences of my life ! the young kid behind the counter was nasty to me he was rude to me did not treat me with dignity and respect as I was already having an absolute horrible day he made it so much worse I was literally shaking when I left that place! AND.. to top it all off I rented a 10-foot U-Haul and he just left the paperwork and keys and said that there's your truck over there bye he did not walk out with us he did not go over the vehicle he did not check out for any damage he didn't even leave the building he just gave us the keys and said it's parked over there bye!
