This place is an absolute joke. I’ll be moving my business elsewhere. They close in the middle of the day for lunch! What business, let alone a pharmacy does that. Take shifts to eat, they literally do that at every other business in the world. When I asked when they reopen a snarky employee gives me attitude. To add insult to injury when they opened up the gate five people came walking out of the back like they were having a poker game. They have five frigging people here and can’t figure out how to take shifts?

Never use this pharmacy, Staff makes mistakes, and then won't make it right. They refuse to do the right thing. Go use an Independent Pharmacy.

They Decided to Fill a Script that I told them I was no longer taking. I sent my wife to pick up my other meds, and the sold her one I was no longer taking, and now they are refusing to refund me for picking up a script I told them was DISCONTINUED. The worst part is it is a Cheap Inexpensive Medication... I am only looking for the few dollars back (Ins paid nothing on it)

Short-staffed, closed drive-up window and a 20-minute wait in line were on the prescription for Sunday, 2/2/25. Not a way to run a pharmacy. The pharmacy staff was pleasant, despite the suboptimal working conditions.

Don't go here, they are incompetent and pretty much useless. Scheduled a test at this location which was confirmed but when I arrived the day of the test they said they didn't have anyone available that could preform the test. The "acting manager" told me that I had to find the test somewhere else, and directed me to use the app to schedule another test. I asked if he could help schedule it as I didn't have the app and he said "no." They were even notified of the appointment and couldn't be bothered to call me to let me know that they weren't able to do the test. This is horrible service.

Pharmacy at CVS has no customer service, perhaps because of understaffing. A pharmacy member can not be reached by telephone. You have to make a trip there if you have a pharmacy question.

IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT THIS PHARMACY ON THE TELEPHONE.
Forward 3 months. Communicating with the pharmacy has become more and more bizarre. Every time I try to renew a Rx, I hear a recitation of Rxs that no longer use with the warning that renewal requires them to contact my doctor.
Today I learned that a Rx that I refilled two days ago cannot be refilled until September. After 3 tries I gave up trying to communicate with another human being.

They issued a prescription 9/28/23 with a discard after 9/27/24. The box was imprinted Exp: 11/2023. The manufacturer extended it to 2/29/24, a month ago. Whoop-ti-do!!!

I had to go to the store 4 times to get the correct prescription. I have issues with the refill every time I get the 90 day refill, but this time it was the worst. I wish I could try another CVS but the same problem everywhere.

One of the employee name Shanon was rude and not helpful. Me & my entire family are regular customer at this location since this location open. Disappointed today !!!
