“Sorry about Mr latkers poor reveiw !! I currently work for forresters . Mr latker dropped his car off @ Forresters w/o scheduling an appointment. We advised him that our schedule was full for 3-4weeks before his car could start repairs. Mr Latker said take ur time no hurry !!! During repairs the shop owner had health issues which lead to a 3 week hospital stay . Mr latker inquire about his auto while owner was hospitalized. He proceeded to call directly to mr forresters.hospital room. Also it was a merceedes and parts took 3 wks to receive . HOW DISRESPECTFUL!!!! the 2nd car we repaired had a bad battery an was left runnin on occasion to charge battery . Cd's was not stolen . Mr latker upon pickin up cars proceeded to insult Mr forrester repair ability an use profanitys repeatidly !!”
“I had a pleasant experience with the Service Department. I was passing through Bedford and had a slow leak in one of the tires of my Nissan Murano. There were no other cars waiting so they checked mine immediately. They disgnosed the problem but could not fix it since they did not have the part. Gave me a temporary solution and a car wash, without charging me for anything. Thanks Thomas Chevrolet in Bedford, PA!”

They could have turned me away because they had a shop full of cars they were working on but they helped me out in a time of need. “My husband and I experienced a blown head gasket on our way to our honeymoon in our 2008 Subaru Legacy. We weren’t from the area and thankfully broke down close to Miller’z. Matt was so helpful in telling us what to do so that we could safely get the car to him and immodestly knew what the issue was based on a brief description. My husband and I got a rental and left for our honeymoon with promise that the Subaru would be fixed on our way back. It was ready two days early and Matt fixed everything that posed a problem for us. It was such a great experience in such a stressful time. We had no issues coming home and my husband imidely noticed a difference when we drove it home. We had taken to car to four garages back in our area because we knew there was an issue but no one could figure out how to fix it. Matt knew in an instant. So appreciated!”

“I traveled about an hr to see a car I fell in love with online-2024 Chevy Trax, in the most unique green I've ever seen. I pulled into the dealership and there she was-still available for purchase. I peeked in the windows and did my own walk around, and went inside. When I entered the building, I was greeted by Doc, one of the friendliest salesman I've ever worked with. He walked me to the car, plated it, and told me to take her for a ride. By the time I got back, the payment breakdown was ready and I was sold. The finance officer took over from there, gave me a layman's terms breakdown of everything and before I knew it, I was riding home in my new Trax. From start to finish, I was only there about 90 mins-fastest I've ever purchased a vehicle. No pushy salesman, a quaint atmosphere, and a wonderful experience.
