Sitting out front at 8:40 AM On a Tuesday and the place is still not open. I need to get my mail as it is very important and I'm not sure who to call at this point because this place is never open at 8:30 as the hours state on the door. This has to stop!!!!! it's ridiculous people have mail in here And can't get it. I'm sitting here watching other people walk by and try to pull the door as well and these people are not here

Sometimes I feel like my mail is being held hostage at this place. It's never open on time so I can only get my mail like once every two months. I have to be to work at 9 AM so I try to arrive at the post office at 8:30 AM so I can grab my mail. Unfortunately the place is never open at 8:30 AM. I've sat outside today until about 8:40 AM And still no one showed up. By the time I get off work at 5:30 PM they are closed so it doesn't seem like I'll ever be able to get my mail from this place. I wish they had more staff and not just the one guy working there so people could actually get the mail They pay to receive at this place!!

Post office was closed in the middle of weekday for no apparent reason, wasn’t able to scan my barcode to forward mail and now have to start over. I’ve had a few minor problems in the past but this was the kicker. They really need someone different in there full time, Jim is not reliable and doesn’t care if any issues arise
