“Staff is always friendly, helpful and respectful. I appreciate the variety of services they offer at their location along with the ability to phone chat with the vet/techs (granted this was for a known problem) to get meds for our pup to get meds for her without having to schedule an appointment.”
“I had an emergency with my 7 year old cat,that was generally in great health,but out of nowhere gotten scary sick,sneezing,lathergy,fever,just wanted to sleep and be next to me,I immediately emailed dr stairs office at 7am, and not even a hlf hr later,they reached out,via email and phone call,and said I can drop him off,and the dr would look at him between visits,and he did,he gave a antibiotic shot and a pull to help eat,but 2 days later he seemed worse,so I emailed again,and he asked of I could bring him right it,I did,and hear he needed a stronger antibiotic that we had to administer at home,along with the pills for helping him with an appetite and he was showing signs of getting better amd being himself within 4-5 days and by 7 he was playing and bk to normal.he was so gentle,and so caring,he took us in and we weren't even a patient.i just had nowhere else to turn,and didn't have the cash for plains animal hospital. 2 trips and the bills were absolutely reasonable not even a question.2ths later,just about 11 days ago my redbone coonhound was limping and crying at his left paw,like he broke or pulled something..the next morning in a frantic my pup was so outta sorts,then had blithering poops that morning, I emailed dr stairs office again.i was freaking out, he once again asked if I could drop him off and he'd look at him between patients,he called us about 1 amd a hlf later,MY pup had limes disease and antiplasmosis,which the poops of that is one of the 1st side effects from and limes attacks the joints and he had some swelling because of it and inflammation. Once again he took care of my pet in an emergency, vet bill was again absolutely reasonable I just can't say enough good things about him.he is one of the most caring veterinarians I've ever come across.And im so thankful I did.id recommend him over amd over again ❤️”
“Excellent vet only thing is he's expensive but they all are. Only downside is the wait time and the fact that he's booked up a lot. But he does know what he's doing so does his daughter's. Also he wants you to purchase through them not chewy so he won't write scripts for them you have to purchase flea meds, foods etc through the office so it's usually more expensive....that part sucks but he is a great vet like most if you want good expect to pay more...”

“We have nothing but great things to say about Shoemaker Ave Animal Hospital, Dr. McGarry, and all of the staff. Our dog acquired an infection two days before we were going away on a trip, and Dr. McGarry made time for us to bring him in so he could get the care he needed before traveling. Plus, all of the staff are very friendly and helpful! We are thankful for them all.”

“Dr. Karen and all of the employees at Mountain Top Animal Hospital are wonderful! I had my dog Luna in today for her yearly visit and they were kind and compassionate with her. They did a thorough evaluation all while keeping my dog comfortable. I can't speak highly enough about this vet. They also did her neuter and puppy visit last year with the same caring results.”

“Between dr.matt and dr Hannah, they are by far the best. They can be slammed, phones ringing off the hook, and you genuinely need help , THEY HELP. They always give hope even when it feels hopeless. My girls love dr Hannah & Matt. They remember you and talk to you like a human being. Louie was so compassionate and loving to my kovie and they treat animals as if they’re their own. This place is by far a family favorite hospital.”

The entire staff of Doctors, nurses, technicians, front desk workers and housekeeping workers are dedicated to providing the best care and safety for every patient and their pet parents. The fur babies are treated like family. “Very reasonably priced. Was a bit worried about the dog I walk for an 83 year old lady. Actually thought he was dead when I went to help her to the vet's. He hadn't eaten, gone to the bathroom for 2 or 3 days. Although the gums had good color, he could barely move. After an injection for a fever, later that evening, he came out for the owner, wanting to eat. Whew. Thank God! Came to walk him the following week - you'd never know anything happened. He was walking fine, we went around the block like it was nothing. Even wanted to mix it up with the dog walking across the street - lol. Glad you're feeling better Bud!”

“I actually had a long term Vet before I came here, the woman answering phones at Kutish was rude and basically blew me and my cat Gypsy off, told me to go to the ER vet, then hung up on me! I found out from 10+ other people that they experienced the very same thing, as all animal lovers know that have had to go to an ER Vet; it's VERY expensive. I'm single with no help and I'm far from rich, if it came to that I would have but thankfully I called MT Top animal hospital and within the hour I had Gypsy looked at and he was fine a few days later after observation and a steroid shot. The lack of care for an innocent animal from the other vets office was sad, disturbing and disgusting. Thank you SO much Dr Werger, you will now be seeing my Gypsy and Vladimir for future visits. We are fuurrrever grateful. :)”
“Lovely people, very professional, they took my cat in minutes when I got there. He is scared when goes but that’s because he’s not a fan of people but the vet makes him feel comfortable when I leave. Very sweet people. They Don’t over charge. Gives you explicit details and instructions on what’s going on with your pet, and gives options on what we can do like for example. My cat cannot take a pill for his life so they give me an option for the shot and do it there in front of me so he feels safe. I trust them with my baby’s life and they are just phenomenal in every way. Thank you very much!”

“My female cat wasn't doing too good for 3 days we was watching her she was peeing herself and on the verge of dying we went there at 2:00 in the morning to find out she's anemic they give her treatments and everything we was out there the next following morning with checkups in the next weekend. They saved my cat .. I'm very grateful”
“Purchased a package deal. Was told after, that one vaccine needed a follow-up booster and would have to return in four weeks. That was not a problem. The problem was that I had to pay for follow-up vaccine at ala carte price. The follow-up should have been included with the original package since there was no prior notice of separate charge”

The 2 receptionist up front were sweet and very attentive. They both smiled bright and told me how sorry they were and wished me a good night. Just amazing”
