First time thought it was a mishap. That we were overcharged for our son’s medications. We should have a $0 cost on any medications. I called the pharmacy and received no call back. This is our 2nd CVS pharmacy to try with terrible results

I’ve already called was told I needed to call another number so unfortunately that was no help

I went to this location to use their Minute Clinic. I had set up my appointment online two days prior. I had arrived 20min early and before i got a chance to even sign in i was denied. I told them the reason for my visit and was told by the Practitioner that they didn't accept any health insurance or pay out of pocket methods! Which confused me because online and the sign next to her stated they did. I was really confused and pointed to the sign next to her. She then immediately cancelled my appointment and sent us on our way. Feeling defeated and overwhelmed I just left and called the customer service line. To which they agreed she was in the wrong placed me on hold for 3 min about and hung up on me. So yeah don't waste your time!

Just went thru drive thru. Had a goodrx coupon. Was told I had to come inside to use coupon since they had to use another computer to utilize the coupon. I have difficultly walking that is why I use drive thru. Not accomatating for physically handicapped. I wish there a was a way to contact senior management at corporate, if t they even care

Absolutely ridiculous. I don’t even want to write this because of my full name and it being on my prescriptions. My prescriptions are NEVER ready even if I request them DAYS ahead of time. I specially wait to pick up my pills because they are never ready, my rheumatologist just called in a new medication for me 2 days ago and wouldn’t you know it I go in this afternoon and it’s “in progress” my life relies on my medications and ME GETTING THEM. This is not a one time thing, this is quite literally every single week no matter what time or day I will be going to a different pharmacy after this.

Never ready at all. Told me it was going to take an hour wait just for some eyedrops. Worst pharmacy ever!!

Absolute horrible customer service by the pharmacist Gilbert. He was rude, condensending and very dismissive. I was trying to get a prescription for my daughter and he was less than helpful, and even hung up on the nurse trying to call in the order after multiple tries. And then dismissed me again when I tried to get him to speak to the nurse on my personal phone, and he ignored me and priceeded to answer another phone call. I then was forced to get my perscription else where for my daughter due to his negligence

2 young staff girls in the evening shift of one time seeing them there are unprofessional especially one when I went to the consultation section for a question of my prescription and she says I need go the other side, mind you I was there before another customer walked in and the employee took her first when I waited there BEFORE all bc I was in the wrong spot I guess. Idk if it was out of petty. Seems it was intentionally

Tried to be seen. Hours posted said the Minute Clinic was open til 7:30pm. The nurse practitioner tells me they are closing at 6pm, there are already appointments scheduled even though nobody was on the waitlist while I was there. I asked the nurse practitioner if I could be seen if those appointments don’t show up, and she said no and didn’t offer any additional help and just told me to leave. This was the worst minute clinic experience I’ve ever had. I’ve been to multiple minute clinics in different states. This was the rudest nurse practitioner I’ve ever encountered.

Yeah, this place is bad. They're always short staffed and often impatient as if my medication isn’t a necessity. My prescription was waiting for refill for days until I fully ran out. After they “accidentally” cancelled it. Then I cant get through to a real person to ask about it unless I use the doctor line. Which the annoyed lady told me was for “emergency” only. Not having my meds is an emergency thanks. Then shes like, yeah it here well fill it now. What was the wait for???? Could have all been avoided if the pharmacy was run with any level of care or structure.
