THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! We called to check on a prescription refill for my mother who had a surgery just a few days ago and the woman who picked up the phone verbalized her complaints multiple times how she isn’t able to help us and there are 30 people standing in front of her. I’m sorry, what? Did we pick this as your career? NO. If you hate your job so much why do you work there? All you had to do was take her name and DOB and let us know how much longer? You wasted more time complaining to us instead of helping us.

Wonderful staff, friendly and very accommodating. Don’t listen to all the negative reviews. Nothing but positive experiences each and every time I go in to receive my medication from the pharmacy.

Absolutely horrible experience every time I go. Tried twice to get presciptions that were needed to prevent further infection, and was unable to get prescription because they were “under staffed”. I feel bad for people who need to pick up prescriptions often. AVOID at all causes.

TLDR: Avoid if you can. I've experienced extremely adversarial and borderline aggressive patient care at this location. There are always misunderstandings in life in different circumstances which can be reasonably resolved with some basic understanding and listening; at times a call to the insurance companies is required- especially if there are issues with how a script is billed to an insurance company. Most insurance companies, like mine, will do everything possible to problem solve and to help their members receive their prescriptions as prescribed. The pharmacy staff would need to listen for the reasonable resolutions to have a positive impact on member care. It's been my experience that this pharmacy is unwilling to provide a higher quality of patient care due to their unwillingness to contact insurance companies and take calls from insurance companies after outright refusal to problem solve. Often times, staff disconnect calls to avoid resolutions that benefit patients. This is a problematic approach to quality care and should be looked into further. I would not take any advice from this pharmacy's staff regarding coverages as my experience has been full of incorrect billing for prescriptions and outright refusals for corrections and rejecting insurance company advocacy for proper billing practices over the phone. I recommend calling and filing a grievance with your insurance company should this also happen to you... Remember that is what your insurance company is there for; to assist you in receiving the highest quality of care.

Wow! This page is an abysmal rating with months of testimony of a poorly managed pharmacy. Wonder what is going on here?!?CVS is under fire for supporting the opioid crisis and rightfully have crippling lawsuits looming overhead... so they're PURPOSELY understaffing, to salvage profits at YOUR expense and inconvenience.It's why you also see Rite Aid filing for bankruptcy and closing stores by the hundreds.Time to ditch CVS and return to the mom & pop Pharmacies that we once had long ago.

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. This pharmacy has been absolutely horrific over the last years. No one will ever answer a phone call. You can wait hours at any given time or day Monday through Sunday and NO ONE will answer a phone call ever! So we went there to pick up an express rx needed quickly after an hour of waiting I went to the counter and one of the eight people working told me it wouldn’t be ready for a day or so. I told them to send elsewhere or at least get me the one of two today which was needed for my daughter immediately. They told me to come back in an hour. 4 hours later and many trips back to check (since they don’t answer their phones) I finally got the prescription but not without them first yelling at multiple customers and literally telling a gentleman “we’ll that’s your fault you didn’t get the text to pick up your meds 3 days ago” after he stated he never got a text or call. Then they wouldn’t give him the medicine and literally kicked him out of the store. Worst service I’ve ever witnessed!!

I’m not sure what happened here…I’d been using CVS for over a decade. These past couple years it has gone so far downhill. They are staffed so inappropriately for the volume of customers. I feel bad for the staff and can’t imagine how CVS even retains any pharmacy staff. Prescriptions take several DAYS to fill when they once took a few hours at most. You can’t refill a monthly prescription before 30 days since it’s been picked up and when this location takes a week to fill it, it does not work. After 12 years of using CVS, I have switched pharmacies and can now get my meds filled on time and accurate texts when they’re ready. Never again. I can’t imagine they’ll be around much longer based on these reviews.

This is the worst CVS I have ever been to. Place is the gold standard of disorganization. Scheduled my flu vaccine a week in advance. Showed up and was not seen for 10 minutes. Waited another 10 minutes and left. I will not be going back to CVS ever again.

I am so over this place. Several times already they have sent the text notification saying that my prescriptions are ready. Then I show up to find that they never even knew I had a prescription. The last one I had with them my husband stopped by on a Wednesday to see if by any chance they had my order ready. They hadn't even noticed I had a prescription even though I received a message saying that they received my prescription from my provider. They told him it would be ready in an hour. I didn't get a text until the next day Thursday. We were busy so we didn't get to go in until Saturday. He gave them my info and was told it wasn't ready and needed to wait an hour. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. Not to mention they are unapologetic and dont seem to care about the inconvenience they cause. I will be switching pharmacies.

Absolutely terrible. Staff is kind, compassionate - but they cannot keep up with the volume. I have been there three times to attempt to pick up a prescription that was written over a week ago. That's over a week without medication that my son needs. Unfortunately, I have to use CVS due to my insurance, but it has been nothing short of a nightmare. If you have a choice, go ANYWHERE but here.

Pharmacy has the worst service I’ve teciebed in years. I called the day before to make sure my prescription was available and was told yes, to go in the next day. The next day I go there and they make me wait half hour and tell me if I come back in 2 hours they could help me. I go back in 2 hours and the lady said sorry she was trying to get rid of the line but they actually can’t give me the prescription at all that day because they were busy and could fill it the next day with an attitude. I really took off work for this. She could’ve just told me from the beginning they were too busy to help me instead of having me go back twice for nothing.

I have been going to this CVS pharmacy for the last four years and have never had any issues. Over the past week though I had two outstanding experiences that I felt could not go unsaid. First, I ended up showing up on the wrong day for my covid vaccine. (I showed up one whole week earlier than my actual scheduled appointment by mistake!) They were incredibly understanding and friendly and got me in for the vaccine without any wait despite my error! It could not have gone any smoother. A few days later I realized that I had run out of my medication and called for a refill 10 minutes before they closed. Despite it being the very end of the night, they did everything they could to fill my prescription and give me my medication so that I would not have to go without it for a day. I have honestly been blown away by the staff's willingness to go out of their way while treating me with kindness and doing their jobs competently. I feel very grateful to have this CVS as my pharmacy.

Drive through closed at 6pm “due to short staff” go inside and there’s a line with 10 plus people not moving I can’t stand and wait for my prescription that says is ready for a half hour while they slowly work through the line. This is ridiculous. Treat your employees better maybe you wouldn’t have zero staff. I will be changing pharmacies.

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. This place sucks. Last 2 times I was prescribed antibiotics it took days for them to fill it. Lines are 10 to 20 deep with the same story. They claim they can’t figure a new computer system. I moved my stuff to a grocery store and got it in 10 minutes. Straight up awful. Go anywhere else

Can’t keep the pharmacy open during business hours, drive through always closed due to “staff”, RX’s not filled despite notifications saying they are - just save the frustration and go across the street to Weis.
