This date the line is 10 Shoppers deep at the cash register. A couple weeks ago I experienced something very similar and waited over 15 minutes. The store is obviously understaffed, and the poor cashiers try their best. DG corporate, hope you are reading this.

It is ALWAYS A pleasure to shop at “Dollar General”….. they have a verry accommodating & friendly staff… THEY always working hard , & I will name them 4u. .. That would be Adrienne ( “Red” ).. it would be Michael,, & . Also, would be Karen,… , been there forever , as well as the above mentioned ) LASTLY .. I’m SOOOO sorry that Ron “had to go”>>>I can’t believe you let Adonis slip through your hands , as STORE MANAGER , for quite a long while HE WAS an EXCELLENT , devoted leader, whom brought the best out of everything in ur store , including his staff … A CLASS ACT . Shame on you for ignoring all great talents in ur ..the peeps I mentioned are also perfectly qualified to run that stove. But U dump all the work on them , and it boggles my mind , wondering how they can get out from UNDER all the various duties . … sorry, they’re a good crew ,and you just don’t do enough to keep the good workers comfortable .££££££££. and NO HEAT,in the bldg . Now tgt is INEXCUSABLE… you’re the largest and most PROFITABLE store , in the. WORLD OF DISCOUNT STORES C, AND U DON’T pay ATTENTION ! I would be lost without this store ..as I don’t drive … PLEASE KEEP IT HAPPILY ACTIVE AND HAVE A CONSCIENCE to come in and fix . ! “Where are ur priorities ?- don’t know.! The person working 3/24/24 around 2:30pm who is overweight and wears glasses.VERY disrespectful and rude. I plan on calling corporate to find out why all other dollar generals have pleasant staff and this one has the bottom barrel of society.This thing shouldn't be working here, reflects poorly on dollar general.

I recently had a terrible experience at Dollar General where the manager displayed highly unprofessional and erratic behavior. The encounter was extremely rude and left me highly dissatisfied with the level of customer service provided. It’s honestly embarrassing and reflects poorly on the store.

Great store with a wide variety of items. It's usually pretty clean and I have to agree with some of the other reviews on here about the staff. Some team members are friendly and helpful while others are just plain rude and shouldn't be working there. My suggestion is if you have a complaint to call corporate. They actually listened to me, apologized, and offered to give me a gift card. Corporations need to know about poor service. It's a good store that has the potential to be great.

Store was empty and had 2 ppl working however none offered any help. They had someone delivering monster drinks and who did not work in the store but he offered help when it should have been the store workers. Store seemed to be a bit chaotic and not in order.
