I recently closed my storage unit at this location because I no longer needed it. However, I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. I initially rented a climate-controlled unit but later switched to a non-air-conditioned one during winter when it wasn't necessary. Peggy, the receptionist at the front desk, was very accommodating of my request for the change and even suggested it to help me save some money. I appreciate how cost-conscious they are, and while the pricing may be slightly on the higher side, the added security and insurance make it worth it. I want to express my gratitude for allowing my family to use the storage unit. We'll definitely consider returning in the future if needed.

I had such a bad week and literally ONE phone call with Miss Peggy changed my entire mood. She is a delight and so patient ! She cares about you as a person! Gave me a goodie bag for my daughter and made sure I was in a safe truck named “Sophie” !! So sweet will always use her when I need a uhaul or storage !!!

Terrible customer service from Peggy. We have rented U-haul trucks multiple times before and never had a good experience with her. Unfortunately U-haul doesn’t let us know where the truck is coming from until night before, with no way to change it. Made a reservation for boat storage through the U-haul website. Put my credit card in and had a reservation number to be told by Peggy (very rudely) that they don’t take U-haul reservations for storage??? There was no apology and now we have no where to take our boat.

We have rented U-Hauls here for every move we have had and the staff is excellent. The lady at the front is always so sweet and reasonable! I will only rent my U-Hauls from here from now on!
