I've only had wonderful experiences with Reynolds Advanced Materials in Allentown.
A few weeks ago, I called to check on an order that I placed on a holiday weekend. A very pleasant and, most importantly, real human being answered the phone and went back to the warehouse to find my order. She confirmed that it was on the truck and should arrive in about a day. It did. Not long after, Jay rang me up to talk about the products I purchased and how I use them. He was knowledgeable and interested in my projects, and he went out of his way to drop a sample off for me when I was out of town. Good people, good products, good prices. You can't ask for more.

I can't say enough good things about this company they have amazing products, an awesome store front, and great employee's who are very knowledgeable. I just had a visit from Jay Mazur who was in my neighborhood and stopped by with paint samples for a project he remember I was working on, Jay was great to talk to and super helpful with giving me tips on molding and how to use there Maker Pro Paint. I'm super grateful that Jay stopped by with samples for me to try and I also look forward to take more classes up at there store!

Our sister Division (IWS) Imagination Workshop Studio purchases supplies here. It's one place out of two handfuls of Art Department and Special Effects suppliers they purchase from and its a close Make-Up and Special Effects Supplies location. Among the various supplies IWS stocks up on at RAM is mask latex, Silicone, Epoxy Resin, Gelatin, Clay, Bandages, Ultracal or Gypsum Stone, Lab Tools, and more equipment and supplies.

We just received our Maker Pro Paint order from Reynolds Advance Materials in PA, they are so fast, and amazing!We love Jay Mazur, he made a pit shop at our shop in Scotch Plains NJ and helped us in so many ways with materials to advance our creative concepts, we are elated!Thank you team ReynoldsAM we are scaling in decorative concrete, some pics attached!

I go to RAM regularly to pick up Flexfoam-iT! 4 and 3D-XTC to cast these Colossal d20, but today RAM came to me!I got a call from Jay Mazur, a sales representative, and I actually hung up on him at first! Total reflex... Student loans and whatnot ^__^"The wild part is that he called me back! I didn't pick up. BUT THEN HE TEXTED ME, saying who he was and wondering if I'd like to view a catalogue and perhaps recieve a free trial kit of their new "FlexFoam-iT! 15 Tuff Stuff SLOW". Of course I called him back, and after a good laugh he was in my driveway, showing me the specs of this new product from 6 ft away with PPE on! It was the most unexpected and lovely surprise to feel like the company I've been praising for years actually noticed a little dicemaker who just makes one big d20.I'm so excited to try out my trial kit of the FlexFoam-iT 15, and to go back and buy the 1-Gallon kit when I go back to the showroom next week!

I used to work here and it is an absolutely wonderful place. The company is fantastic! The staff is so knowledgeable and takes the time to help answer any and all questions. I recommend talking with Greg, the lead tech if you have any questions. This place is a hidden gem in the Lehigh Valley. More artists need to know about this place.

So I am new to the smooth-on family and I am absolutely impressed with the speedy shipment of my order as well as customer service being top notch!! .. it was an amazing experience meeting JAY Mazur with Reynolds advanced materials he was very informative on all the smooth-on products and introduced me to some new products I am very excited to try out very soon.. They rock over there and have a lot of products so ask them plenty of questions to make sure you’re getting exactly what you need for the job or project your tackling!!!! Can not wait to check out there amazing show room in Allentown,PA and pick there brain about new and upcoming products... thanks again jay Mazur you’re a true professional.....

I recently ordered smooth on number 10 foam from these folks. After using it I realized it wasn't flex foam X. The names are similar. I drove to the store 2 hours away & returned it to the store donating it to them to use in one of their seminars. I hoped they could give me a small credit or even a 10% discount but the manager said she cannot do that despite offering a 10% discount to students who show student ID. If I had an alternative source I would have ordered from them!
