“The crew was so good with the poor stray cat that I brought in. They took really good care of her and made sure was healthy so I could find a forever home for her. They explained to me how she was doing and what she needed very clearly. Everyone was so friendly to both of us.”

“Took my cat here for the first time last week and will be continuing to use this vet! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. When we arrived there was an active husky in the waiting room that wanted to be friends with myself and my cat, but she was terrified and was crying and hissing at the advances of the dog. The staff kindly offered to place my cat behind their desk / in an open room while we waited our turn so that she would be calm and comfortable. I am extremely grateful for the care they offered us on our first vet visit! They gave her a full check up and updated her shots, as well as quickly getting back to me with estimates and appointments for my cat's required followup care for her dental surgery.”

“I highly recommend Dr. Powers with your beloved pets care. I have a bunny, Barney, who holds a very special place in my family hearts. He is the spunkiest, sweetest pet I ever owned. Unfortunately, he is also the runt of his litter and has the most health problems out of all of our 4 bunnies. Dr. Powers has brought him back to life twice now, in his most sickest moments. She is truly amazing.
She even recommended a second opinion at a specialist because she wanted to make sure he was going to be getting the best care, as she felt that he needed surgery for a rare instance in bunnies. So, I traveled over an hour away to get the second opinion. They gave the same diagnosis, but with a lot less respect and bedside manners. I chose to go with my gut, even though Dr. Powers had never performed this exact surgical procedure on a bunny, I knew she had her heart in it and to me that made a huge difference.
She did the surgery, and provided extra after care to ensure that he was healing the way as needed. I am forever grateful!
A few months later, I woke up to my adorable spunky friend completely lethargic and immediately knew that something was very wrong. I called and made a same day appointment. Once again, Dr. Powers and her amazing staff took great care of my beloved Barney. I truly believe, that if it wasn't for her, I would have lost him. However, 2 days later, and he is back to his funny self. She truly deserves much more then a positive review. She saved the life of a family member, twice now.

“Dr Zajac and his staff are simply the best! My wife and I are both in our late 70s, we just adopted a 6 year old German Shepherd for security reasons. Dr Ted's practice is really the greatest in the fact that your dog does not meet other animals in the waiting room. Gus unfortunately does not like other dogs and human strangers, he will bark and act very aggressively when approached buy them. We currently are taking him to dog obedience school. Dr Ted recommended some things that could possibly help Gus become a more behaved dog! Dr Ted is also treating him for a GI problem. His prices are reasonable and fair and it's very easy to get an appointment! The office is very clean and neat, and most of all the staff is very kind and considerate when you call for an appointment.

“Had an appt for my sick cat, ended up being euthanized. Rae and Dr Katherine were amazing!! They were patient, gentle, knowledgeable and stayed after hours to help me and my pet through this. I didn’t feel rushed at all, you can tell they do it for the animals and not just as a job. Definitely recommend! Good hours and very quick to get us in for an appointment.”

“I can't recommend her enough! She's taken care of 4 of our pets for a long time with compassion and she gives us a senior discount. She helped us with end-of-life for our 16 1/2-year-old dog with chronic health problems and out 14 1/2-year-old cat with renal failure, which she taught us to treat at home, extending his life another two years with "kitty kidney dialysis." She comforted us in our grief despite her busy office. Since then, she's been taking care of our younger dog and cat that we got after or beloved old friends died. She has always listened and taken good care of our pets.”
