You’re lucky if anyone picks up the phone in that place. Called few times each time got transferred to card service or no one picked up :/ When finally somebody picked up they took my information and that was a few days ago…..still waiting for banker to call me back to set up an appointment… might as well go in person and Save yourself frustration and stress

I used not to like this branch and drive 20 extra minutes out of my way so I don’t have to deal with the manager there (M) I’m so glad They have new manager there, Nicole is very helpful and very knowledgeable, she even called to follow up after my visit, great staff as well. One happy customer!!

I concur with Douglas Persing, one of the reviewers here. We applied for a business account back in late May, and between the two representatives we worked with, it was difficult to get ahold of them on the phone, and three months later in late August, we still hadn't gotten anything done yet and the checks were just piling up.Just for contrast, we applied to PNC in August, and they got us set up with our own business account within one day.I don't know what the problem was... but I sincerely hope they have improved since then, but as I work in customer service, I hate seeing other businesses delivering a bad experience when they could definitely be doing so much better.Edit: Posted this review under the wrong account.

My partner and I decided to set up business account but so far, experience is just horrible. We are still waiting for them to open an account while my checks are racking up, to the point where i decided to switch to pnc. Also they almost never answer calls and asked to change an appointment. Few days later and they still have not do it! I never had unpleasant experience with bank until this! I WILL NEVER USE WELL FARGO EVER AGAIN.

Waited 45+ minutes to see a banker to close my account without a single acknowledgment from her about wait time. Spent time talking to her previous customer for 15 minutes before actually handling any business. Happy I’m closing my account with Wells Fargo because I’d never want to step foot back in here.

Terrible service. They only have one banker so expect your wait to be over an hour. Will not return.

Friendly, welcoming, local branch eases the pain of the big-bank experience. Staff always seems friendly. Sometimes it can get busy though never unbearable. Self-service safe deposit box services are very convenient.
