I upgraded my iPhones at this location a year ago. I have always had a good experience with the manager Jay and his staff. I stopped in today to replace a screen protector and a camera protector and Mark was super helpful. Thanks!

Jay at this location is phenomenal. He not only fixed my problem, answered all my questions, made sure it was truly resolved he was personable as well! I was very very impressed by Liam . He knew everything! He was so kind and friendly. He was by himself without a break since he came in . There really should be 2 people on at a time . This is not fair to him . He didn’t complain about it at all . He defiantly should be recognized for his talent . He’s a fine young man . You don’t see many young adults like him around . He actually works!

I went in here to fix my phone and got scammed into getting a replacement phone after which I was told it was covered by insurance & wouldn’t cost a thing. By the end was asked for my credit card for a balance of 300

Manager Jay promised me $100 incentive to sign up for the permium plan. That incentive never come. I called him and he said he was going to check with the district manager. Until now, nothing happened. Dishonest businesses practice. I will switch after this month.
