Overall, over the last decade, this CVS has been the only CVS that we will go to because they are helpful and consistent. I rarely have an issue with them and so I am giving them five stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

When you call them you cannot speak to them and the automated system is designed to confound you. Typical large corporation owned by an insurance company trying to weasel out of a few dollars.

super friendly people!! if you need insulin needles however go elsewhere... they were 6-7$ here I usually pay 2.99-3.99 at my local pharmacy!

Closing for lunch is not normal.I have never had a pharmacy close for lunch, ever. Three women were there and they completely shut it down. When you go to pick up or drop off a prescription you don't expect it to be closed during normal business hours. I understand the pharmacist needs a break, but leave someone there to receive and give people their prescriptions. I had to go to CVS twice in one day to pick up prescriptions I needed, and signs on the pharmacy (inside Target) about being closed for lunch are just not good enough. This should never happen. Very disappointed with this pharmacist and her staff. When I went back the second time, there were no other customers and I still waited 2-3 minutes for someone to acknowledge I was there.

I have visited pharmacy on 09/09 and they promised that my vitamins will be ready on Monday, 09/12. My order was not ready even on 09/13, they told me that it wasn't ordered and they have no idea why. They promised again that it will be ready on 09/15 afternoon and when I came they tood me that it will need to be ordered again and it could be ready on 09/16. I'm done with this service!!!!

Pharmacy is consistently helpful, friendly and fast. Everyone is understaffed, yet they still get my family’s scripts filled on time, every time.

Do. Not. Use. Between getting the incorrect number of pills for more than one prescription, the lack of communication when prescriptions are out of stock or won’t be ready when requested, and they shut their phone off even when they are supposed to be open so you can’t get hold of anyone. Absolute nightmare. Go anywhere else. Wish my experience had been better because the location is the most convenient but I will not go back.

Do not use this evil pharmacy inside Malvern Target. Go anywhere else. King of Prussia CVS is wonderful.4pm Saturday, I call desperate to pickup script. They neglect to mention closing in 1 hour (earlier than KoP CVS) AND closed Sunday.Pills included "bonus" pill, never prescribed for me, with side-effect "cardiac failure".Transferred long-term life-critical script from KoP. When I asked 2 weeks ago, they said "just need to wait". Now that I am out, refusing because "requires authorization".2022‐02‐21

Malvern Target CVS closed all week. Prior to that they were so severely understaffed and the one lady who was working was complaining to every customer about how understaffed they were and the poor woman was working like a dog. Long lines of frustrated people and just her out front. CVS customer service was marginal prior to the pandemic but now it is terrible. If they can’t handle their core pharmacy business they shouldn’t have expanded into so many other medical services. They now do a whole lot of stuff very poorly and abuse the staff that they do have. Time to try another drug store chain.
