Made an appointment a week in advance, called the shop to update them on the state of the vehicle, Mechanic decided it was no longer worth their time. Cant speak for their work, but this was a huge waste of time for me.

Jeff and Steve here are great and honest mechanics. I have used a number of mechanics in the area and throughout the state over the past 20 years and none of them match up to the service I get from EMS.

They will tell you that they have to see the job and then decide that it's too much and then when you get it fixed and go to them and confront them about why they didn't decide to do the job and also ask how much to do an alignment they will just look at you dead in the face and go I'm not interested in blow you off do not waste your time do not possibly waste your money at this shady mechanic shop go somewhere else.would give negative 5 stars if I could.

These guys are the BEST!SUPERBLY TECHNICALLY PROFIENT, but with an old school work ethic and commitment to first class customer service. They are not "part swappers" until they stumble onto the solution. Instead, they are technicians who are able to analyze, diagnose, identify, then FIX the problem.Tried the rest, these guys are the best!!!!
