Grant Potter was excellent! Knowledgeable , patient and a man of his word! He called me when he had a rental open up and was informative with how I could change my rental with Life Storage in King of Prussia if I chose to. Grant is a good face for the company, an honest , customer service oriented employee ! Great experience for me and I cannot say enough about him.

We’ve had a great experience with Extra Space. The facility is clean and secure and Grant and the team are super accommodating and easy to work with. Even when my husband is driving them crazy trying to figure how space we need and what size unit will work best! Highly recommend.

I spoke with Don and he was very good at listening to my particular situation and helping me choose what was best for my needs. I didn't feel he was upselling me or pressuring. I was glad to have the call back after I had contacted them a month earlier.
