I forgot to grab the associate's name who help me this morning (only person in store), who did an exceptional job of handling a handful of customers at one time. She was friendly and I can tell she cares about service.

I had the pleasure of visiting this store for the first time in many years. I am a regular FedEx Office user but not here for a while. We'll, Shannon and her team made me feel like a VIP, even though the store was busy with other customers too. I needed a pull up banner and they made the whole process painless and easy!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Christine and the Fed Ex facility in Malvern for business printing services. She is incredibly helpful and saved the day for me with quick thinking and a phone call to confirm details on a presentation. I could go to other facilities that are closer to my home and office, but I prefer to work with her.

I've had excellent service from the team at this store on several occasions--the point being, they work as a team. A newbie employee was helping me with a somewhat challenging request today, and he was able to get quick, helpful direction from his 2 co-workers that was spot-on and solved a PDF blow-up problem I'd been struggling with on my at-home printer/copier for a while---they produced a digital enhancement of the file and thereby provided a 200% sizing of a PDF. It's definitely my go-to Fedex location, and we have several near my home.

I can’t be for sure on the date I just remember the girl was very pleasant to the guy that was in front of me. Very pleasant to the woman behind me and pleasant to me. Her name was Christie or maybe Christine definitely one of the two. She’s a good egg, so don’t mess up and make her quit her job, she’s definitely doing you guys a favor.

Always have a great experience at this store! The store is clean, the workers are friendly and sooo efficient! I would especially like to thank Kayci for making my shipping experience such a pleasant one! I had an emergency need and she was so kind and friendly through the whole process while still efficiently getting the job done. And my package arrived early! So grateful this store was open on a weekend and that my transaction was such a pleasant one. Thank you!
