I walked in , no appointment. I the best hair cut and blow out from MO ! The business is clean, professional and very affordable. My hairdresser moved away, I have been searching for a new opportunity. I am so happy! I cannot wait unitl my next haircut. I have had about 100 people tell me how great my hair looks. Nina did an excellent job with my haircut! I needed something quick and didn’t really know how exactly I wanted done but she ran with it and I love it! This location was clean and friendly. Great experience!

I unfortunately did not have a great experience at this Great Clips. I asked for a trim for my medium length hair to my shoulders, but received a cut 2 inches above my shoulders that was uneven, poorly layered, and had hair pieces of various lengths throughout. I had to go to a different salon to have my hair fixed, and they were extremely surprised with how poorly the haircut was done, and had a difficult time fixing it.

The stylist who cut my hair seemed inexperienced and lacked proper training and she hails from Pakistan. Another stylist, who cut my brother's hair and hails from Bangladesh, also didn't meet our expectations. Unfortunately, she didn't listen attentively to our preferences and appeared more focused on completing as many haircuts as possible, likely for the sake of tips. The entire haircutting process was rushed, with my brother's haircut being completed within just 5 minutes. Overall, the service fell short of our expectations.

The Bengali aunty does what she wants and never listen to customer. I asked I needed a dry hair cut and not to apply water.. but she was like I should apply water, I won’t be comfortable with that and forcefully applied water and ended up cutting my hair more than required.Hence I am giving 1 star rating.

Usually i did had worst experience at Great Clips earlier the barbers wont understand our requirements. Whatever we tell the requirements to them, they do what they like using trimmer.But i had good experience at this location the lady did understand the requirements and did her best and at best price.
