i’m absolutely fuming this place has terrible service and absolutely rude employees. do better or close cause honestly $80 for terrible nails is outrageous

my sister and i came to this salon for the first time and we will not be coming back. i showed the artist my inspo pic and immediately she was treating me so rough and was doing her work so sloppily. i asked for a square nail and they ended up looking like duck nails with how thick she made them. when i asked her to make them thinner and sharper she told me she would and brought out her file but that served no purpose because they were still so thick. then when it came to the nail art, she was going so fast and would make me put my hands in the lamp before i was even able to look at them. she was being so hostile and rude. all of my nails had lines that were different thicknesses and they were so heavy. when everything was said and done i asked if there was any way for me to get a discounted price because of how sloppy they were, i was greeted with three GROWN women screaming at me and tapping on MY phone trying to convince me it was uncanny from the reference. needless to say i am infuriated and will not be coming back point blank period

Far from a relaxing experience. Tech was in a loud conversation on speaker phone while doing my nails and continued the call until I said something, which made me uncomfortable.

I have been to many nail salons over the years and none compare to Love Nails. They are TOP NOTCH from start to finish. Everyone is always friendly! It is a clean & very comfortable atmosphere. Ivy does my nails in gel & she is fantastic. Not only does she always do a fabulous job but she is very, kind & gentle. She is extremely professional & her talent in nail art far surpasses any previous experience I have had at other area salons. I always recommend “Love Nails” when acquaintances compliment me on my nails.

Pedicure by the young girl was excellent however, I was then given to an older woman to do my manicure. First, she did not shape my nails very nicely Second, applied no hand cream or hot towel. Very POOR manicure!!

Errrr, not sure where to begin with this one. I always drove past this salon since it's near my house and never stopped by because it looked expensive $$$. Finally decided to treat myself and try a new salon and I was a bit disappointed. It was $45 for a gel manicure but they charged me $5 extra since I wanted a different color on each finger. So I paid $50 total for a gel manicure that was alright. It's not as great as it could've been, they could've spent more time prepping my nails and my cuticles. On my left hand, they forgot to put a second coat on my pinkie (the blue) and so it was left looking a little transparent and I could see my natural nail peeking through which I was not a fan of. My aunt who is a nail tech said I could have easily done this myself. Overall, it's a nice salon and it is very clean and calming atmosphere inside, but not really worth your money. I will not be going back here again but it was an experience to have.

I’ve been coming here since they opened and I’m surprised to see the reviews indicating subpar service. Anytime I’ve called and made an appointment, I’m seen on time. I’ve never gotten an infection here and they pay great attention to making sure the nails are perfect before you leave, even if you accidentally smudge it. I get dip nails and gel pedicures. Dip nails last almost a month and gel pedi much longer, at least 2-3 months. I even bring my 5 year old daughter on occasion and they are really good with her. Ivy is the owner and she remembers a lot about her customers. Some techs don’t know English as well but I think we owe them some grace. If you try to talk to them, you’ll learn more about them. The atmosphere is bright and modern which I like. I’ve gone to a few salons in this area and I really don’t like anywhere as much as LOVE Nails.Services: Pedicure

Manicure and pedicure was amazing and the overall service was great. And it seems to be a family business so even better! I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a new place to get done up!
