We’ve been enjoying our new gas fireplace all winter. The pandemic made us wait, but it was worth it. We had one small issue that turned out to be a dead battery in the unit. Customer service was fantastic. Can’t ask for anything more. Highly recommend!

Here are the facts. I purchased a system from this company several years ago. I tried to turn it on via remote and it didn’t respond. I stopped in the store to request service. I made an appointment. Believe it or not it was scheduled for four weeks later. They were supposed to be at my home between 8 and 12. At one o’clock I called this company to inquire where the service person was. After 2 hours I received a call back saying I was indeed on the schedule and was told I would receive a call back with a reason no one showed up. Never happened. The next morning I placed two calls to them. They never responded. I took the time and drove to the store to inquire about my service call. After talking to the chubby woman at the desk, she told me to go elsewhere. Great customer service right. With that the chubby “manager “ came to talk to me. She came through a black curtain from the back room where several people were talking. Her response was the same “go elsewhere”.Avoid this fly by night business. It won’t be around for long.

Ordered firebricks for my wood stove from Malvern home and hearth and they picked them up at their wholesaler 2 days later! This was after screwing around with another local company for months. They where great to me and I'll certainly order any other parts I may need and I'll use them for service going forward as well. Also, they have a really cool store in back, that made it even better when I went to pick up my bricks!

It’s complicated. On the one hand they very quickly came out and looked at a fireplace venting issue I need to resolve. Many thanks for their prompt response. On the other hand their ultimate solution seemed to be a way to sell me a new fireplace rather than a more specific set of actions to move the fireplace outside vent. Not being an expert I don’t know for sure. So I have engaged with another vendor and if the only solution is replacing the fireplace I will update my review here.

I couldn’t be happier with our Regency LR16 that Matt installed. Jen was great at communicating the purchase and install. Matt was very knowledgeable and professional. He worked late one evening the day before our install because of rain in the forecast so they could complete the job on time. I highly recommend them and plan to have them back to reface our old brick with stone veneer. Thanks Matt and Jen for making my purchase go exactly as planned!

I asked for a service call back in August & had to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. I requested we reschedule. Then in November I called back as no one had followed up with to schedule a new appt. This time they said they would call me back to schedule. No callback. I called back again in early December stating no one had called me back. I said 'maybe you don't like our neighborhood' (that's an attempt at humor that was clearly misunderstood), The owner himself got on the phone and suggested I call another business, which I will gladly comply with. Not the friendliest bunch.

Beautiful displays and craftmanship inside the store. Very knoledgeble and helpful customer service. I would highly recommend them and Jen is a doll to work with.
