Do NOT order oxygen from this place. I paid $300 for a tank and when I tried to use the tank it was empty. They charged me for the refill even though I didn't use any of it. It took a week to refill it. I went to use the tank again? Empty. I requested a full refund on the tank and ghost refills but was told I would only get monies back for the fake refills. $370 spent on nothing. Their customer service when it comes to refunds is HORRIBLE. I hope they wake up to this mistake before they lose their customer base.

After 2 visits to the ER, I needed to re-order parts for a medical device that would help my condition settle. I spoke with Michael who advised me to get a script. I wasn't aware I needed one for plastic parts and tried to coordinate what I needed with my doctor(s) since I couldn't use the device without the parts. Unfortunately it was chaotic trying to get what I needed from my primary and specialist and almost a week later I was still without the part I needed. Michael did his best to get the job done with my doctors. When I didn't hear anything from anyone in over 24 hours, I checked in with Erin. Obviously flustered from this experience, she listened patiently and figured out a solution that would get me what I needed the next day. The entire situation was more about a lack of communication with my doctors office staff and myself, and both Michael and Erin helped in giving me assurance, peace of mind, and best of all, the product will arrive tomorrow, just before a holiday weekend. I am grateful for their dedication to helping me, the patient.

Gentleman delivered and set up bed with pressure mattress. Mindful of furniture and took great care. Made sure everything was working and reviewed everything with us. Pick up went just as smooth. They call ahead to let you know when they are coming. All equipment was clean and in good working order. Excellent customer service.

Numerous problems with orders and instructions. After I thought I would never deal with them again, I found out through my insurance company that they were billing my insurance company on a steady basis for cpap equipment. Which I never received or knew about it. I reported them to Independence Personal Choice, this occurred back in 2016. Recently when I found out that Philips Respironics had a critical recall on most of all their Cpap machines. I called the phone number my doctor gave me, not realizing they where the same ones I had the previous problems and asked them why wasn't I notified of my Toxic Cpap machine. Their response was that the machine I currently owned was Nothing Wrong with it. I verified that the Philips machine model was Toxic and Philips confirmed it with the serial number. Stay away from this company!

Like most of these reviews, received a bill TWO years after equipment was returned, and confirmed "everything is taken care of". The reviews that say they were helpful, hold on tight.....it's not over! Get an paid in full invoice, take names and cover your A** as they are coming for you, just give it time! NEVER AGAIN!

I was in an accident and the day I got home from the hospital J&A Medical had their delivery truck at my home and set up the bed I needed to best serve my needs. They are extremely reliable and worth using!!!

I'm only giving this one star because zero stars was not an option. The company charged me for a bed for a HOSPICE patient. Never billed her insurance. The bed was in our possession for 5 days, we were charged for a whole month. Workers in office are very incompetent and unprofessional. I will NOT recommend use from this company again to my fellow healthcare workers.

Worst customer service and experience! Beware of this facility! I was given a new nebulizer for my son when his broke (beyond my repair). A few days later this company called demanding his broken one back - so we returned it. They were able to fix it. Great! I told them I would return the new one (which he had used as he needs it 2-3 times each day). They told me I could not return the new one because it had been used! So now I’m getting billed for a second nebulizer when I only need one! I never asked for a new one, I was given one when I couldn’t get his old one working. I understand how this happens, and while frustrating, it makes sense. What doesn’t make sense is how this medical device company is beyond rude and has zero compassion...to the point they hung up on me when I tried explaining the situation. They don’t care. They only want money. Now I’m getting letters that are stating they will engage a collection agency or an attorney to pursue this debt. I don’t even have the original nebulizer - it’s at their office!!! I’m a reasonable human being with three children (one who is obviously sick). I have never been treated so poorly by a business in my life. I would avoid this company at all costs!

I should have read the reviews before renting a knee scooter for my wife. The paperwork said that I would be automatically billed for another month on 4/4. When I called to see if I could return it in 4/5 I was told that it was due on 4/3 and there was nothing they could due about the charges. I’m still incredulous over their inflexibility over a relatively small charge.
