“You can judge a store when you have gone through a complex tangled mess with them, and still have a good experience. I bought a highly coveted patagonia jacket from their online store, but the last jacket in size M had been sold on the floor right as I purchased it online. After using the wrong credit card, a new jacket in size L, two credit card charges that couldn't be refunded -- I have to say they were incredibly professional and responsive. The least I can do is write a glowing review because not every store has good customer service, that are able to follow the tangled thread that ended up with my purchase and still leave a good impression on me. I will be shopping here online again.”

“I had a great experience at bonobos in the KOP mall. If you go ask for Joe, not that their other sales people aren’t great too(shout out to Damon he was great too) but believe me joe is the store manager and he is the real deal. Let him do his thing, he will get you in the perfect fitting pants/jacket/dress shirt. He is very knowledgeable and helpful, but at the same time not pushy at all. I will definitely be back.”
“This store in a sentence: how the upscale moneyed set looks like they're outdoorsy without actually being outdoorsy. Or: decor, gear and outfits for entertaining at the "cabin" in the Berkshires. Tucked into a shopping center off busy Lancaster Ave/ US -30 in Paoli sits Trove General Store. It's a beautifully merchandised, well laid out store featuring warm brown tones against cool gray, some "vintage" style accents, mix of clothing, decor and housewares. None of this is "general store" unless you've got a cozy 6 bedroom cabin or a chalet at Aspen. You want to look outdoorsy without being outdoorsy- catered clamping is roughing it. Everything is lovely, and $55 is a sale price for a shirt. Three melamine stacking trays in different sizes will run you $85. Spotted a thick book on how to go camping that will not help you go camping but will look great on a shelf or a side table. Expensive, tasteful, fun to visit. I am not their customer.”

I went out a few sides. Not half cold on the feet. Today I also wore them in gray. I'm going to check them so when I come back I buy all the #9 colors. And I'm 7. But with the fat measurements I use 2⃣, one fat and the other not. Because if you sweat then your feet get cold and I take off the thin one, I leave the thick one. That happens in all boots. Faces or not. Well I continue. I don't have to tell you, you have to go. But I warn you. See calmly and without hurry. It's the second time I go. I love this department store. Lots of clothes for the family.”
