Sleazy company. I cancelled the subscription, which they conveniently had no record of. Then they opened up a new subscription for me without my consent and notified me by way of a past due notice.update: I was told that my account was closed 2 months ago. I am still receiving the publication.

Horrible business practices. This place is overpriced, low quality, rude service. Not worth it. Suspicious. Suspect. Potential no response after proof.

Oh my - For the love of God, what does it take to be removed from the email distribution list for this company? Seriously - It's not only Progressive Business Publications, but here are other shell companies sharing the same exact physical address of "384 Technology Dr, Malvern, PA 19355" -- Progressive Women's Leadership, Premier Learning Solutions, Learn Excel Now, CFO Daily News, Resourceful Compliance, The Better Buys Research Team, Executive Reports, PGI Products.... THE. SINGLE. MOST. AGRESSIVE. email spamming companies (well, companY) in the history of the internet. You know who you are... Please for the love of God make it stop... It's too bad I can't leave "0 Stars"...

No, you did not take care of me. After Colin ignored several of my emails asking for updates about this situation, and after sending dozens of emails requesting to be removed from all of the email lists, I did stop receiving emails for a period of time. However, I have suddenly started receiving emails from this company again. And, again, my requests to be removed from their lists and my direct emails to Colin have been ignored. I have been asked by this company to amend my negative review, but I'm not sure why they would expect me to do so when they are handling my situation in this way. So, I will emphasize my one-star review instead. This situation is baffling.

The company called me asking if I would like to receive some free trial newsletters about legal issues in education. I was polite on the phone, and provided the caller with some information about myself. Little did I know that she created a billable account under my name. Three months later, I get an invoice for $300 that's says it is PAST DUE. I was naturally upset, so I went online to find their support e-mail address and phone number. The number takes you to voicemail, and no one calls you back. The
[email protected] e-mail address is not valid. Finally, through digging, I was able to find a working e-mail address. I got a reply saying I had to return a "book" that I never received. TOTAL SCAM.

Overpriced for common knowledge info you can get online. Try to cancel, and you'll just get sent another subscription. It actually says that on the customer service line when you press for the option to do so.save yourself the trouble.

This is my second time working for PBP, only now they have the option to work from home. Honestly, it is pretty awesome. Crystal, the manager, is super helpful, knowledgeable, upbeat, and considerate. I have several home-based projects that I work on with different companies, and it is nice to be able to have flexibility in my scheduling. Also, no weekends or holidays is a plus!

I've used Supervisor's Legal Update for several years and have found it to be the best overall method of manager and supervisor training in HR matters. Often your expertise has helped explain why we say what we do to protect the company. Your articles are written in layman's language and they are simple to understand for those new to their positions as well as veterans in the industry. You make my job easier.

Was told during initial call I could cancel after first invoice received. Received invoice and it states we’ve given you 60 generous days to cancel so pay now. Not worth the price! Do not listen to saleswoman!

Received an unsolicited call a few months ago and got the free newsletter, when I called to cancel it was done immediately. So far so good, cant fault them for trying. As long as they follow through on the cancellation... thanks for taking care of that for me and following up with a call.

Scam. They call me constantly, the only details of the call are "I'd like to confirm your name is X, your title is Y, and your office address is XXXX" and then say "thank you" and hang up the phone. Suddenly, got a call for collections that we haven't paid a bill, for something that was never mentioned nor was never authorized. Its a joke.

This company continues to call and email me after having requested to be removed from their call list and also unsubscribed from their email list. The calls are very rude. The last representative to call me asked me immediately if I was relocating my office. I said no and asked to please be removed from their calling list. She ignored my question and repeated her question, so I repeated mine. Then she hung up on me. Awful company, I wish they would go away.
