Based on the reviews, the Rivian Service Center provides service and maintenance by appointment only. The staff is incredible and genuinely cares about customers, going out of their way to help. Customers report good experiences, with prompt and courteous staff. The waiting area is pleasant with Wi-Fi, water, and snacks. The team took care of everything on the car with great turnaround time, providing an equally nice loaner and keeping customers updated on the status. Service was quick, with one customer in and out in about an hour after a 12V battery replacement. The location is brand new with a good amount of parking, and it is a fantastic addition to the local area. Customers appreciate the great service and communication, and the vehicle runs amazing after service.
