I came in with long, frizzy, unmanageable wavy hair. I decided to get a perm because I wanted something easy to style. Maribel is probably the most patient person in the world. She spent hours putting rods in my hair. For two days, I was looking a little crazy, but the ladies recommended a good product, and after I was able to wash and style my hair, I was left with super fun, beautiful, bouncy curls. Can’t believe I have held off getting a perm for so long. I am obsessed! I would highly recommend Maribel to anyone that is looking to have gorgeous, manageable hair.

I HAD SPENT $500.00 dollars on a cut n color to have it gone in 3 wks. The color should have been a Perwinkle type blue, it was full purple. I brought a picture of cut and exact color. I WASHED MY HAIR ** 1 TIME*** . THE BLOTCHY SPOTS SHOWING WHERE COLOR WAS NOT APPLIED, ETC. They made an agreement to fix my hair then RENEAGED on CORRECTING IT.
The stylist and manager told me to come in ***ANT TIME.***
I HAD GONE OVER EVERY ISSUE, and THEY ** AGREED TO FIX MY HAIR.***
I MADE IT CLEAR I WANTED TO WAIT UNTIL ALL THE COLOR CHANGES WERE OUT OF MY HAIR. ( I DID NOT WANT TO PROCESS MY HAIR ANY MORE THAN NEEDED.) ***THEY ALSO AGREED.***
I ALSO REMINDED THEM ABOUT MY ***CHRONIC ILLNESS, AND THAT IT MAY BE A LONG TIME B4 I COULD COME IN.** THEY AGREED TO WHENEVER I COULD GET THERE.***
**I CALLED ON APRIL 12TH to sched. Apt.
***THEY were supposed to call me on Aril 15th to schedule apt.
**The owner called on the 18th.
****SHE WAS IMMEDIATELY ATTACKING, RUDE AND UNWILLING TO ** LISTEN*** TO WHAT WAS DISCUSSED with stylist n manager.
SHE CONTINUED TO CUT ME OFF, TALK OVER ME.
*** SHE ALSO CONTINUED TO TELL ME, I DIDNT CANCEL THE ( 1 APT.) MADE.
*** I TRIED TO TELL HER, *** I DID !! IN THE TEXT REMINDER THAT IS SENT OUT. THAT IS WHERE I CANCELED, I WAS TOO SICK to keep apt.
*** THIS WAS UNDERSTOOD BY MY STYLIST, PREVIOUSLY DISCUSSED. IT WAS CANCELED AHEAD OF TIME.
*** I WOULD *** NEVER*** RECOMMEND THIS SALON, WHO'S OWNER TREATS ITS LONG TERM CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS. *** I WAS a loyal customer until now. I never complained or asked for any form of compensation before.
*** I HAD SPENT &500.00 to have my hair cut and colored. Which was gone in 3 weeks with ONLY 1 WASH IN 3 WEEKS !!
*** $500.00 SPENT FOR NO REASON
**OWNER DID NOT*** FOLLOW THROUGH ON OFFER TO ALLOW MY HAIR TO BE FIXED !!
I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SALON EVER AGAIN.
*** IF YOU WANT TO THROW AWAY YOUR MONEY ****, then go.
I was Completey Shocked by the Owners Response and BEHAVIOR I have **** NOTHING GOOD TO SAY.****
***SHE IS WILLING to STEEL*** FROM HER CUSTOMERS, who are willing to pay, but just want their Hair fixed after a BAD EXPERIENCE.
*** Not only does she lose $$,
BUT HER CHOICE & Behaviour
***TAKES from the $$ THE STYLIST WOULD have Made, because SHE RENEAGED on fixing a bad coloring experience.
I always had a good experience with my stylist. THIS WAS ALL CREATED BY THE OWNER !! SHAMEFUL

I booked a spa manicure, spa pedicure and a blowout for me and my niece for her 12th birthday. The services we fantastic and the staff was beyond sweet to both of us. My niece declared several times that it was the best salon experience she has ever had and has now requested hand massages regularly. ? it’s out of our way a bit to go there, but we will definitely go back!
