Would've given this store a 5 star if it wasn't for Anthony. Just feel like you should leave the stress your dealing with outside of work and be more positive and represent the company better. Pretty sure I'm not going back to this location again as long as he's there at that store.

Called in advance to make sure they had a phone was told they had plenty. Drove well out of my way to go get a phone and got there and they said they definitely didn’t have one. After specifically letting them know it was a far drive they still let me come all the way there.

Shout out to Jay for the warm greeting, Noah and Xavier for the attentive response and support with addressing an irate customer who refused to listen. They were able to address me and my sons issue from a previous visit from another store. True example of team work and great communication amongst one another. They are a dynamic trio! T-Mobile is lucky to have them.

I would first like to say that I did not shop there nor buy a product from the store. That being said, I know these individuals work on commission. I work on tips. I drove to the store, picked up their selected items, and then drove to their store and drop them off for them. I was tipped a little bit over $1 Just think about that when they're trying to entice you to spend more money because it pads their commission.

Just got in this store and wasted time, they don’t know how to begin with and what offers are to attract the customers. Lol what kinda employees do they have.When i asked him the on going deals for 2 lines, he started mobile phone offers, i thought may be he mis heard me, i repeated my need and he started talking about mob phones.

I had a great time with the service here and Myles and Andrew who work here are very knowledgeable and fixed my problems with my phone trade in and I love how friendly and polite they are. The best experience I had!

If I could give this store ZERO STARS I would do it. First, my wife went into the store to purchase a replacement to her iphone. Sales associates told her there was no difference between the pro and regular iphone and proceeded to transfer all the files (2 plus hours) to a phone which didn't have the MEMORY to even function properly. She had to take time off of work to take it all the way to King of Prussia, where it was exchanged for the proper phone and had to have everything retransferred. My new phone issues (Galaxy Flip) as the screen would turn black and go dead for a few minutes at a time. The rep ordered a purple replacement phone, and when it was clear a mistake was made, refused to grab other phone and get things transferred. Relaying the information, the rep was "offended" that I was agitated with t-mobile's incompetence. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. GO TO KING OF PRUSSIA. THESE ARE COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT FOOLS.

Absolutely avoid this store at all costs. I was doing a simple trade in, was told that I had to request a shipping label from customer care, customer care tells me it’s supposed to be returned in store. I tried going back twice now during the posted hours and they are never open.

Ted was a extremely friendly and went above and beyond in helping me transition from my sprint network to t-mobile. He gave me great suggestions and looked for the best deals for my circumstances.

Wayne and Franco were knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. They researched different ways to get me the best deal possible, ran different numbers, and followed up with me. Highly recommended. Able to help even when I changed my mind about devices and services.

If I could give this store a 0 rating I would. Terrible customer service and repeatedly twisted the truth. I won't mention the store manager's name but it was a horrible experience purchasing a new phone and transferring my old phone. I have been a T-Mobile customer 18 years and this was unacceptable.

No Bueno! I thought this was a T-Mobile store, it's NOT. It's an authorized dealer and, as I discovered, they set their own rules. After the sale service was very poor.

Franco helped my husband and I purchase new cell phones. He was so helpful and kind. I am handicapped and he offered me a chair to sit while we wait. I highly recommend working with Franco and will definitely refer people to this store!

When I called to make an appointment to come in with my elderly parents, Wayne, the store manager, took the time to ask questions about what I wanted to accomplish for my parents. He also took notes because when I arrived at the store with my parents, he and Franco were completely prepared to help us. They had the tablets and phones we needed already pulled from the shelf and were ready to explain everything my parents and I needed to know - in language that was easy for my parents to understand. Both Wayne and Franco took their time with us and made sure my parents and I were completely comfortable with our new technology before we left the store. They spent 2 hours being very patient and extremely helpful. If every person in a position of customer service were as professional and kind as Franco and Wayne, the world would be a happier place! I am very grateful to them for their fantastic service! Thank you, Franco and Wayne!!
