I used to love this Target, until tonight.
I went shopping there around 11 PM with my two nieces. After finishing, we loaded everything into the trunk and returned the shopping cart properly — we placed it in the cart return area directly behind our car.
While we were getting into the car, we noticed a Target employee collecting carts about 6 or 7 parking spots away. Suddenly, we heard him shout something like “Yo! Sir!” in an angry tone. At first, I thought he was talking to someone else. But then, to our shock, he ran toward us, pulled a cart from the return area, and aggressively placed it right behind our car before running off again.
We were startled and honestly felt very uncomfortable — especially since it was late at night and the parking lot was nearly empty.
I understand that employees may be tired at the end of a long shift, but that doesn’t excuse this kind of behavior. It felt confrontational and unnecessary, especially when we did nothing wrong.
I strongly suggest that the store manager review the security footage from that time and take appropriate action. Customers should never feel unsafe or targeted over a misunderstanding.

It’s not very crowded, the employees are helpful if you need anything. There isn’t anything that bad. I highly recommend.

The last two times I’ve gone I have had a very negative experience both when trying things on in the fitting room. This last time a blond haired middle aged worker was pretty much miserable. I came with a chart and she literally said something off putting like oh my god you can only bring in 6 things. Grant it there were multiple things in my chart but only about 10 items I had to try on. I don’t mind only bringing in a certain amount of items but it was the way she approached me that was off putting and rude. I know she probably hates her job but at least fake good customer service.

Love this place so much !! It’s such a great store and always had what I need and the staff is so kind💛. If I could live there I would. Sometimes I like to walk around for an hour or two and pretend I do haha. Don’t worry I buy stuff. I love this specific target more than my dog (he ate my taquito). God bless and please shop here 💐🥰

While the location and convenience are excellent, there is room for improvement in guest services, particularly in handling exchanges, refunds, pickups, and drive up.. as well as at register… Currently, there can be significant waiting times.

I could use the bar code in my target wallet to do all of my returns without looking up my order (as I have been asked to do on previous visits). This was quick and easy.

[pickup order] The person who brought my things out was disheveled. Touching his face/nose/eyes/hair (we are STILL in a pandemic and should reasonably treat it as such), his clothes were dirty/loose, hair was visibly dirty, and he didn't even speak to or acknowledge me/the order/the exchange when he walked over to the parking lot. This was absolutely ridiculous to be honest and more like Walmart behavior or better yet Family Dollar minus the lower prices!

I bought a game at Target online and was worried that they really didn't have it in stock or when I got to the store to pick it up, they wouldn't be able to find it. But none of those things happened. The game was bagged and waiting for me. It took about 3 minutes to retrieve and it was the right game. I was very pleased with the whole process!
