He explained what he did know and he was honest if he didn’t know something and then he discussed it with his managers, including Mark, who was also phenomenal. The whole transaction was great. There was constant communication, honesty, transparency, and again no pressure.

“Drove 3+ hours for a truck, and it was exactly as advertised. Had emailed them on a Sunday (when they are closed) and to my surprise had an email back within an hour. Was a very low/no pressure sale, was given the keys and the freedom to dig around the vehicle without a salesman over my shoulder. Was given a test drive with no hassle at all. Was given a fair offer for my less than perfect trade in. Honestly, not much more you can hope for when buying a used vehicle. Bonus, it comes with a 90 day nationwide powertrain warranty, so me being from a different state is a non-issue IF something goes wrong. Will update if anything goes south, but highly recommend.”
“I got my 2020 Subaru Impreza from here almost two years ago. The gentleman I dealt with, I forget his name, was beyond helpful. He was kind and didn't try to pull the wool over my eyes, which would've been extremely easy considering this s the first car I have ever bought from a dealership. I had one small problem with the registration transfer from my old car to my new one, but I called the dealership and they fixed it at no cost to me. Even mailed me the documents I needed to sign so i did not have to drive back to the dealership.

That very car lasted me 5 years and 120k+ miles. I was so pleased with this place, I brought my younger sibling, who just started driving, here to get their first car. Needless to say, our family is extremely happy with the vehicles that come off this lot. these gentleman are the nicest fellows you will encounter in a small dealer busniess. they detail the cars nicely for you upon pickup. prices are super reasonable. willing to negotiate for returning customers. I look forward to my next car being from here.”
