I’ve probably visited the specific post office for mailing packages putting together packages stamps and the like since 2014 and I am so pleased with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff and the only suggestion I would make is the postmaster realizing that everything can be heard through the door so to continue to be as professional as possible as you’re representing to the USPS?????

The clerk didn't listen to me-- they mailed my envelope completely wrong! I told them non-machinable 1st Class because of the content of my envelope! My local post office closed at 12pm, so I ran over to this one right before closing to mail one of my standard envelopes they way I always request-- 6x6 square rigid envelope; non-machinable 1st Class, which usually comes with tracking included. When I was going to leave, I saw my receipt says she actually tagged this as 1st Class Large Envelope, which is not what I gave her and not what I requested! When I saw this, it was too late to go back and the envelope was already labeled and in their possession. She tagged this completely wrong, didn't listen to me, didn't process this as non-machinable, cost me my tracking number, and has subjected this envelope to potential damage now-- if anything happens to it, she should be held responsible, and I am going to touch base with the recipient to make sure it arrives intact.

I've been going to this post office forever. The people are always very kind. But I have a pet peeve. Please do not close five minutes before closing. I to work and work is done at the time that it's over not five minutes before.

I've been to this location many times and have no complaints. The staff working here is very friendly and helpful. I've had a few complicated mailings that they've been very patient and helpful with coordinating. The location itself is a little small so it can get crowded quickly if busy.

I had to pick up a mailer at the Malvern Post office. There were two employees helping customers when I entered. There was one man waiting in line in front of me. When the customer at the counter walked out the employee closed her station. The other woman at the counter was not prepared and had to complete some mailing forms. 20 minutes later the woman was still having her posts processed. I asked if the other woman could back come out? The postal employee rudely said "what you see is what you get" I said " there are 8 people in line. The same employee said, "That's not my problem". I responded, "that is why the post office is going broke". I left w/o my purchase and went to the UPS store. Five minutes and I was out of there. The service at the Malvern Post Office is incompetent at the best of times, but the snot-nose woman had to add her ignorant comment to make is reprehensible.

I live in Paoli so in the past I’ve visited the Paoli post office, but I was just so fed up with their rude, unhelpful employees that I decided I’d go to Malvern this time (especially because I had a more complicated request). I needed to send a large envelope within a smaller one with postage paid for the larger one for the people I was sending it to to return a blazer to me-complicated, right? Regina was incredibly helpful, very polite, and she didn’t act as though I was inconveniencing her (like they did at Paoli). She helped me get the best rate for what I was sending, and she helped me figure out all of the other steps too. Furthermore, I had already written my address on the larger envelope (one that I’d brought it) but it was on a part of the envelope that was slightly damaged. Rather than complaining that I’d done the wrong thing, she covered the area with clear tape so that it would reinforce the envelope without requiring me to rewrite my address. I know this has been a long review but I was just so impressed by the service I received. I would travel the extra half mile any day to get to the Malvern office over the Paoli one.

The clerk "Bert" is extremely rude and probably high.

Good small post office, never a line when I go in at lunch, never had a problem getting something mailed out.

Took my package into the post office and let Bert know it was fragile. He assured me multiple times he would stamp "FRAGILE" on the box as soon as the line died down a bit. I offered to write it by hand but knew that the post office typically has their own stamp. Package arrived at its destination and Bert had never taken the time to do what he said he would do. Nothing was broken thankfully, but the box itself was fairly beat up and the gift boxes inside for my friend's baby shower were dented. Totally fed up with the repeated issues at this location and will be driving my packages to Frazier instead from now on.
