Filled a rx for an inhaler and it didn't work. Took it back and pharmacist without even looking up says I have to contact the manufacturer. I contact the manufacturer and there's a recall and they tell me to take it to the pharmacy for a replacement. CVS won't replace it. Got to love American Healthcare.

How in the world does this place outlive any other pharmacy in the area. Their phone lines never work properly, you can never get through to an actual person, they never return calls, they will send an automated message that your prescription is ready only for you to be told it isn’t after you wait in line (drive thru or in store) for over half an hour and that you have to pull back around. They are significantly higher priced than any other pharmacy. I’d moved all of my prescriptions to Rite Aid once the only pharmacy manager that actually cared and did anything left CVS and unfortunately all of my prescriptions got moved BACK to CVS as Rite Aid closed. Not surprisingly, the very first prescription I get filled at CVS again takes an entire week for me to get my hands on. They blamed my PCP for the problem, however I couldn’t even get ahold of anyone or speak with anyone that was knowledgeable enough to tell me if my prescription had even been successfully transferred or requested from my PCP. Go elsewhere if you can.

Filled my antibiotics that i was in need of so quickly! Before i was even out of the parking lot of the urgent care next door! And the staff was very nice and helpful! I appreciate them so much for helping me so quickly so i can get these antibiotics in me and working asap

Seeing some good improvement in service at the CVS atleast i'm not getting someone else's prescriptions anymore, and you get service fairly quickly.

My dr across the street sent over a script and they tried to state it was after 4 when they got it and it was not i had my paperwork in hand showing when it was sent and the refused to fill it for me and I was right there at 4pm I had ask the tech to show me where something was and I walked back to get my script and they pulled the screen down in my face but they had no problem working the drive thru window past 4pm I will be pulling all my medicine from this location and cvs all together and then when I approached the store manager she said she would go back and speak to them she just stood there and didn't mover and then she started to help another customer this is the worst cvs in my life I will never go back again and I recommend to everyone take ur medicine from here they are the worst and most expensive as well got better price and service at a dn walmart pharmacy now ain't that some shit im just glad I was able to get what I needed from a real pharmacy that cares cause this cvs does not care this is the 3rd and last time this happens to me and not being able to get my medicine when needed

It’s inconvenient that they don’t open until 10 am on the weekend and having the pharmacy closed from 1:30-2:00 is also inconvenient I don’t see why everybody needs to go to lunch at the same time. They also say your prescription will be filled on a certain date and it isn’t, I still have to call them to get them to do their jobs and fill it (2 days late.) Also when you call it no longer lets you speak to a real person it’s either a robot or they send you to voicemail.

The pharmacist was so helpful today! I will be switching everything over to cvs as our main pharmacy. She quickly provided a supply needed that the hospital forgot to send us home with which was much needed for pain management. Thank you so much!

Usually I pick up my prescription via the drive thru window but today I went inside & boy do I regret it! this lady named GENESIS who works at the pharmacy is super rude. She talked to me like I was slow.. besides being a senior to her I'm also a customer
. Showing a little respect goes a long way.

Not sure what all the bad reviews are about for this CVS. We moved from the Route 30 CVS to this CVS due to poor customer service. Been here for 3-4+ years, the folks (pharmacy) here are easy to work with. I recall, once I had a COVID vaccine appt in 2019 but they were closed when I arrived due to illness. Yes, they are short on staff, and many new faces, like most places. 9/10 times our prescriptions are ready to pickup. Agree with the comments on the automated system... AI is taking over!!

So I had to pay out of pocket over $2500.00 for my medication because change health coupon was down. I received a letter stating that I was going to get a refund and to please call this number and use reference number
Listed in letter .I called the number and talked to 3 different people who were not able to help me .Why CVS ? I have only had problems filling my meds with you..Your staff are rude and unhelpful and act like we the patients are horrible people. I also work for another pharmacy for the last 25 years and I get you are over worked and short staffed at times ..but be kind and understanding to your patients and honest about what's going on instead of being rude and hateful. I always feel like I am I problem when I come to pick my meds up. Take the time to get to know your patients and show then empathy instead of making them feel like you can't stand them when there is a problem with their order. I have received medication with labels only on 1 out of 2 bottles on medication also disacants inside my bottles of meds ..How about a thank you to your patients and put a smile on your face and thanking patients for being understanding for the mistakes..Trust me that goes a long way .Instead of making me feel like I did something wrong for asking for a label for my medication..

This is the worst place I ever visit to get my prescription, the women work in the desk is so rude. She don’t even know how to talk with the customer.
