Honestly I can't really say I recommend this locationIt's really been a hit or miss with getting my order correct as orderedI've been regularly coming before work for a few weeks now, and it's been pretty often my drinks are missing coldfoam, even the featured dunking iced coffee, and they never say they are out of it or anythingCups are often not filled and don't bother with getting almondmilk or oatmilk, they charge extra and your cup will definitely not be filled with thoseMy orders have been inaccurate at least 20% of the past 4 weeks worth of orderingSome of the girls are nice but some of the workers don't care much and simply want you to go away

This is a positive and a negative experience technically. I always have a positive experience when Lori is working. She is amazing. When she isn't there my order ends up being messed up. I had asked for a frozen coffee and they had to ask me like three or four different times about me wanting cream and I said I wanted whipped cream. When my drink finally came out it was an iced coffee. I do not drink iced coffee but I didn't have time to sit there and wait for them to fix their mistake. I ended up throwing that drink away. I had told Lori about my experience and I told her that I cannot go without her working! Which only leaves me 2 days in the week to go to Dunkin. #TeamLori

They have the worst donuts ?.I got chocolate covered Boston cream and they can't even make the stuffing right. Gross. I put it in the garage and went to Giant and got a very good one.

Went to the drive thru well before closing time. The staff told me they couldn’t make any hot drinks cause the machines were being “cleaned.” I understand cleaning processes of a food facility but when you are open during a set and published time frame, you need to be able to offer your services in those business hours. You are a coffee shop you need to be able to offer hot coffee products. Being told by the staff that all they could do was offer me cold drinks is not an acceptable answer.

My experience with this place is like night and day. One day everything is perfect, no complaints. Other days things are missing, drinks are half full, employees are rude and often intimidating if I’m being honest.

The employees were not friendly, very rude and my coffee was not what I ordered at all, tasted like watered down milk. went in the trash, waste of money.

Unpleasant woman taking orders in the drive thru, when I got up to the window the woman didn’t even know I ordered and rudely said “are you waiting for something “. When I finally got my order, the donut tasted stale and the coffee tasted like it came from an all night truck stop. Avoid like the plague.

Workers are very rude. If they don't like you, they overfill your drink with ice thinking it's funny and cute. Next up, the donuts?? I ask for a strawberry frosted donut with sprinkles and get a thin layered strawberry frosted donut with no sprinkles. And let me tell you, that young gentleman named Dylan, cussing at a customer!!?? Are you serious. He's lucky i didn't jump through that drive threw window and rock him in the jaw.

Awful experience. The customer service was rude and unhelpful. Pulled through the drive at 430 pm and they literally had no drinks or food available and they are open till 8. This is not the first time. Recommend going to East York Dunkin. Do better Manchester!
