The only giant that I ever go to that expects me to bag all my groceries. They literally just stand there and wait for you to bag them yourself. As a common courtesy, I don't mind helping bag them if they are also helping me bag them and it's a lot of of products but to stand there and expect me to bag them all myself is crazy. Especially since prices at giant are way more than any other grocery store, they should be able to assist you in doing this.

Gas pumps always work well. Attendents are helpful and earned bonus points take alot off the gallon purchase price. Web page says pumps close at 11pm.

I went there today to pick up my three prescriptions and after giving the pharmacist my GoodRx codes he refused to give me one of my prescriptions. I asked him why and he told me it was company policy. I told him I was confused why he was able to fill it without the GoodRx code but then refuse to give it to me after giving him the code even though it was already filled and bagged and he literally yelled at me through the plexiglass that it was his decision and I needed to settle down and watch my attitude. He told me that if I didn't like it that I could take my prescriptions and go elsewhere. He had his shirt unbuttoned down to the middle of his chest and did not have a name tag on so I asked him what his name was and he refused to give it to me. I went and spoke with the store manager Deanna about the problem. She apologized for the issue and told me that he was the pharmacy manager named Richard Chubrika and would have a word with him about his attitude and the "policy". I went back over to take a photograph of his shirt unbuttoned down to the middle of his chest and he wasn't wearing his mask properly, he had it pulled down under his chin while he was filling prescriptions. There is a sign saying that all transactions are recorded on video so I asked the manager to please watch the video and decide if it actually is sanitary for him to be filling prescriptions with no mask and his chest hair hanging out, I would never go back to that Pharmacy ever again , thank you CVS for taking care of me.

Giant doesn't give a crap about its customers. They don't care if their customers or employees wear masks. When I confronted a manager , I was told we can't do anything about it. I told him it was his store don't let them in , he just said that's it. I recommend that everyone complains about COVID spreaders

Very, very disappointed. I realize we have a national crisis at hand, but something is very wrong when the shelves and freezers are bare after two weeks in. Just came from Weis Marksets, and you'd never know there was a crisis. Fully stocked!

Giant Direct is perfect for busy individuals. Just wish they would figure out a way to honor sale flyer specials and prices.

A few of the cashiers should be fired because they're not at all friendly! One in particular is Delores. I think she is rather rude & does not like to bag your groceries. Also there was a guy named Ross who was helping to bag groceries & asked me if i wanted my 2 pack of paper towels in a bag, i said no & he just threw them on the top (where children are supposed to sit) of the cart! They almost hit me! He didn't bag anymore than he had to! The people in the deli are slow & rude too. I'm done with that store!
