Took wife to get haircut, at store at 9 . Had to call at 910 to see if open. They said we don’t open till 9, then said all yeah we’re open. Then they opened doors. Poor managing.

Each of these locations is a franchise, and I have been to a Great Clips that did not put customers first the Manchester Great Clips is consistent and does a great job each time I go.

My son loves going to Great Clips. The ladies there understand his fear of scissors and getting sprayed on the face with the water bottle mist but they talk to him while getting a haircut to make him comfortable and that makes him feel at ease.

Worst experience I've had at this location ever. I wish i could give zero stars. "Stylist" Nakesha should NOT work with the public or be trusted to cut someone's hair the way they request. When I walked in, and she spoke to me I should have turned around and left immediately. She was beyond rude. I witnessed her bad attitude toward the lady she was ringing out and her berate a customer who thought she completed her check in online.
She of course was the one who was cutting my hair. I explained that I wanted little off the ends and thicker bangs. She cut my hair and asked "How's that feel" I explained I wanted the top shorter and bangs. At this point she drenched the top of my head, to the point where water was running down my face, I guess as punishment for not being satisfied with the job she had done. I still do not have bangs, but I surely was not letting her cut my hair anymore.
