It took me 8 hours to get load, very slow loading.
They need to respect drivers time, good thing is they have the bathroom inside.
Their supervisor DAMODAR is a good guy.

Check in was easy and quick. Arrived at 9:45, at door at 10:15 and departed at 11:25...I thought would be here longer based off previous reviews. Great work L'oreal!

Well, this place is ridiculous!!😡 I arrived at 130 for 3pm appointment, it is now 9pm and still waiting!!! Ridiculous process for checking in. Ridiculous process for docking your trailer. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! It's really sad to think it only takes 1 hour tops to load a trailer if product is ready!!!

5 hours. Waiting on 1 pallet to finish the load. Genius people here just figured out they can remove it from the order. I’ll be late to shipper which means they probably won’t unload me.
SLOW, SLOW, SLOW!!!
Do not take a load here unless you really need to.

Staff where ok took about 15mins to answer the phone when booking in I know I was early for my appointment got there 1515 but appointment was 1800 didn't get a door until 1930 you have to drop you trailer completely and park away from it and wait so they final finished at 2315 which is mad they then gave me the wrong paperwork and there is no overnight parking! So just slow is the biggest issue and no parking when you have to wait over 5 hours is just mad.
