I've had an account here for a year and I'm not impressed. They charge a monthly fee where other banks don't. It takes a long time for their app system to recognize how you bank. They only allow 15 transactions per day. Not a great bank.

This bank has really lost touch with customers. More than 11 minutes in the drive through and when I hit call button the lady says 'sorry about the wait we had 2 customers in the lobby'. Still waiting! 13 minutes total!

Anytime I visit, the staff is eager to help and take care of whatever I may need. I couldn’t ask for a better branch.
