  So I know this is the corperate office and this reciew pertains to the tech department out of your Texas facility but this was the only option for leaving my review. I wanted to recognize your tech department specifically Roy H. He went way above & beyond to help me figure out how to restore my vehicles alternator back to a PennTex factory built unit. He was so very knowledgeable in regards to their products and the vehicles that had utilized the specific models. Took a few days of emailing back & forth and ultimately provided great knowledge & advise which steered(no pun intended) me in the right direction. I recommend the PennTex brand because their alternators are the best money can buy and the company obviously still operates on the principles of unmatched customer support. Something that is a dying craft in the world of business these days. Thanks Roy for all your help! Yall be safe down there in Texas!

  You people are making an unacceptable level of noise behind my home. I realize you have a job that needs to get done, but you should consider the actual people who live in homes along the area where you are working. You are working on a BIG property, and you are digging, and banging into rock, right next to the homes.
