First time at this location. I see this is new and down the street from the original location. Was traveling to a corn maze on Sunday, October 5, 2025 south of York, and they were advertised on the Sheetz app as the best price around. As a bonus, I was able to go south from here and get on 24 towards my location. Great to avoid the highway!

The last location was better. The parking lot/gas layout is horrible. Food service quality dropped. I didn't really have any problems at the last location. Newer isn't always better.

This location is inconsistent with quality toward customers and food. Whether ordered in person or online, theres usually something inaccurate, undercooked or your the people working are borderline rude. My order the last four times from this location has been wrong. I kept going back hoping it would be different as I usually go on my lunch breaks. This location needs some real leadership and people watching over the people making food and paying attention to the details of the orders. People making the food are more worried about joking around than getting their jobs done correctly. Today marks the second time I went to pick up an online order and it was on some counter in the back and not where the pickup is. I waited fifteen minutes and had asked someone about it. They had the wrong salad dressing and the salad was poorly made. Go there for fuel and convenience items until they do something about how they operate. Attached is literally one small thing that could have been better. End of the world? No. Having to check over every single thing every time you should be getting a certain level of service guaranteed with multiple people and multiple screens to assist is frustrating.

Yana the customer service lady checking me out was wonderful and very helpful and nice to me. Greg one of the kitchen manger members I believe made food fast and was nice during his shift. The lack of employees during this time showed but both yanna and Greg (as well as another manger on duty—didn’t catch the name—) were fantastic as food and customer service. For what the the team was they were beyond expectation. All three deserve a raise.

i spent A LOT of money on MTO at the manchester location for a long time. would get the chicken strips 4-5 times a week. the prices have kept creeping up and up since covid. they were 5.99 for a 5 piece prior. it got to 8.79 and i was like this is ridiculous. about 2 weeks ago, they raised it to 9.79, for a 5 piece!?!? absolutely absurd. they are the only place that is still raising prices. its not due to inflation or anything of that sort. it is 100% out of pure greed. the chicken market has been holding steady for quite some time now. i dont know if its a temporary increase to cover the cost of the new store or what. i doubt it will ever go back down. a competitor right up the street is 64% cheaper for a 10 piece than 2 5-pieces at sheetz. ive taken my business there. i will not buy any food other than hotdogs at sheetz anymore. also, they have changed vendors for numerous things over the past 2 years. chicken is inconsistent in quality. cups, lids, food containers always random. starting to think its the store manager doesnt know what they are doing. no other place has these problems

Would do 5 stars but i always go to sheetz for the big motz chicken sandwich, was so disappointed. The chicken was like a big chicken nugget and not breast like it was just yesterday at the other sheetz. Was super disappointed when i bit into it :( everything else was good.

They no longer sell cold 2 liter sodas, one of the main reasons I shopped the old store. Only plus side is they sell E85 now.

I was an everyday customer at the sheetz down the road from this new one (not by choice, boss man does what boss man do) While the old sheetz had a boat load of their own problems, nothing compares to my first experience here. I am an avid enjoyer of boneless bites, about once a week I will gorge on a big ol bucket of gods best creation with some teriyaki sauce. Normally, (at the old sheetz) I would expect to get anywhere from 2-8 sauces (sometimes exploded in my bag, sometimes not). Today I got….. 0! Short on time I ate my first (very over fried and dry) bucket of boneless bites at the new Sheetz. Little did I know…. It was a war today, I am fighting hard with Jesus by my side, it’s been over 10 hours now with no end in sight. I do believe it’s fair to call my war food poisoning at this point. I’m in pain (send help). I want to thank the staff, you have finally pushed me over the edge. It’s time to commit to no fast food. NEVER AGAIN will I eat at this sheetz. (It’s like that time you had a little to much fireball whiskey and you are praying to god while doubled over in the bathroom at 3AM but it’s boneless bites and fast food in general) Today, I start my journey to a healthier life. I will return a new man one day (only to get gas maybe, if I smell boneless bites again it might end me) While I could continue turning my pain into this review, I need to gather the courage to leave my Oval Office and return to work.
