I've been using this office for years and have never had a bad experience The staff is always extremely helpful and friendly I've been seeing Dr gadde For at least two years now and he is the best doctor I have ever been to I highly recommend this office and cannot understand anyone giving this office less than five stars I have now recommended both of my sons to use this office and doctor if possible.carried for bygarden

There referral department is very slow in referring someone when its comes to testing or referrals for Adhd for children comeon you can do better!

I made an appointment over two months ago with a particular doctor and I went today for my appointment and WellSpan changed my doctor without my knowledge. What a way to treat a new patient. I can honestly say that I haven't had not one good experience at a WellSpan facility. Never Again!

I have been going to this office almost my entire life. I have been seeing Dr. Pater almost my entire life as well. After my last experience I will never go back. I have never felt more disappointed in my level of care. Not only did he not listen to my concerns, he sent my psych recommendation to an office that doesn't even test for ADHD. This was my main concern which I thought I made it clear to him during my visit. I called and set up my own appointment with a specialist last week on my own accord and I get a call TODAY, weeks after my visit with Pater from a different office saying they got my reccomdation. I explained to them I wanted to get tested for ADHD and they replied that they don't even do that. Thank you so much for listening DOCTOR. You should do the community a favor and retire.

I had to find another PCP, as mine retired last July from another office. I was scheduled with Dr Anna Mathews. Everything was nice until she walked into the room. She said to me “You are taking a lot of meds”. She continued we need to change this & that and try this instead. I have numerous illnesses that I do take a lot of meds, but I have other Drs managing most of them. I couldn’t even ask her anything because I was too upset.I called in when I got home & told them about my visit & told them I never want to be scheduled with her again! The person I talked to said she will have to ask the provider, if I could change Drs. WHAT.... NO!! I was changing Drs or will find another one with a different office. Dr Mathews agreed to let me change Providers.I had my next appointment with Dr Danielle Campbell. She was amazing! She’s so sweet! She was very attentive to what I was saying & offered many options & opinions for what my appointment was for. She is a 15 out of 10! I’m glad she’s my new PCP.

I have had a pleasant experience every time I visit this practice. The staff are very friendly and the facilities are incredibly clean.Dr. Hofmeister and Dr. Campbell both have been amazingly helpful with my treatment plans and their doctor to patient communication is excellent! I can tell they truly care for my wellbeing.I know walking into the practice, the general aura will always be positive and welcoming. I recommend them to all searching for a new practice.

My daughter had the most awful experience with Dr. Hofmeister. During her visit the doctor continued to make comments about my daughter weight which is a health issue she is seeing the doctors for. During the visits and I quote the doctor said "these issues are common in fat people such as your self. My daughter I'd 11 years old. She requested and apology. The ptas rice administrator felt my daughter didnt as they kept calling my 1 1year old a liar. I was in the office and heard these comments my self. I would not recommend this doctor for any child. Their interest leans more to protecting there doctors then it does respecting thier own patients. I tried getting my child.the apology she is owed and a grown women can not take responsibility for her actions as she insults children by their weight. I tried getting results from Jocelyn Mahler the practice manager and she was not much better and when I tried to walk away from.the conversation I was followed into the waiting room where Jocelyn continued to insult my daughter calling her a liar in the waiting room in front of other patients. There is no ethics or morals in these two women. I pray no child ever has the experience to child.did

If you come to this wellspan don’t EVER see Dr. Anna Matthew she is the worst. She did a horrible procedure on my ingrown toe nail that I had to get removed TWICE from there. You would think I only have to go there once but no I guess she just wanted my money, NO THANKS! I give DR. ANNA MATTHEW A -10/10.

I've been going to this practice since I was born and im finally fed up. An employee violated my hipaa rights by telling someone else a factor of my medical history and it got back to me, they haven't done anything that im aware of and its been months. I've seen Doctor pater since i was a baby and there's also been issues with that im very concerned about. One appointment i asked him for depression/anxiety meds but reminded him I've tried Prozac and it messes me up so try something else, after that exact appointment i went to pick the prescription up and it was a prescription of Prozac. I thought to myself, fine, trust my doctor. It messed me up with a lot of irritability and definitely made me feel crazy. After that i tried to switch to a different doctor in the practice and he "denied" me switching doctors, stating he wished to take care of my mental health. There's a lot more i could complain about but im finally at my breaking point with these people and this practice.

I started seeing doctor cambell last yearI'm very happy with her she's caring & a good doctor! Highly recommend! Wheatlyn is always clean & I'm always called back quickly. Everyone working there are helpful & friendly!
