I went there for serious lower back pain and have degenerative disc disease I can not feel my legs at all but the therapist insisted on saying for a hour let’s focus on your leg pain as I kept trying to say I do not feel my legs she wanted me to bend my back then get up and she would say does your leg pain go away now ????? Well that’s were my story ends you can judge for yourself.

Front desk staff as well as PT providers have been so kind and considerate when scheduling PT for my 9 yo daughter. She broke her elbow and after the surgeon referred her to PT, she’s been taken care of like she’s one of their own. Ms. Beth is fabulous and makes my daughter feel so comfortable and at ease. She actually looks forward to and enjoys her PT appts! Thank you to the entire team for being accommodating and so kind to us during this entire process. Much appreciated!!

Staff was nice but a 15 minute appointment where I got stared at and asked to do the stretches I was told to do at home. That's as it. Not worth it.

The only problem I have is I was in deadly car crash. They have no idea why I am there and when my body is in terrible pain I try to cancel until next appt. or they get very rude. I just was getting ready and fell on foot that is full of metal. It looks like a Fred Flintstone foot after he would hurt it. They want that money so bad they tried to still have me come in. The last time is when my feed tube from stomach came out I had H POLERI and that creates cramps. They did the same thing and rescheduled the next day. It takes weeks for H POLORI to go away. My sessions are 20 minutes and they dont even know what leg is all metal. But as all rehab are nice until your time is done and that is when they say bye good or still bad. I had to write this cause I dont lie. And if my broken body cant make it dont stress me out.

very friendly staff, and they listen to their patients. They are easy to get ahold of and the have one of the better facilities I have seen for a physical therapy place, other than a specialized sports injury place. they are also using a new type of electrical stim called h-wave. I heard was phenomenal and upon experiencing it, I agree. it quickly reduced the area of pain I was having and reduced the severity.

This company is beyond terrible and this location is the embodiment of this horrible company. I went here as an internal referral (conviently enough) from a wellspan shoulder facility. They were suppose to do a FCE. I had to goto a PCP prior to returning to what they claim was HBP. I scheduled my appointment weeks in advance. Thursday of last week they "SUPPOSEDLY" called and left a message. That gave me 1 day to respond ( they are not open on weekends anyways). A few days ago on monday I recieved a call and I immediately called them back. It was "Kayla" telling me they cancelled my appointment and gave it to someone else. I was irrate and wanted to k ow why. She told me because when they "SUPPOSEDLY" called and left a message I didnt respond fast enough and they have people who already have the clearance from the doctor. I told this person I have a note from the doctor. She told me she cant use that and they need to contact the doctor. I ended up having to reschedule to today. They called and told me I can use the letter from the doctor and they need me to bring it today ( so they rescheduled me just to push my spot to someone else). The imbecile Nick or whatever his name was, claimed by 2 analog checks and 1 digitial that I couldnt see, that it was the same as the first time. They repeatedly accused me of lying about not recieving the call giving 1 day to respond before they just cancel my appointment. He was rude, ignorant, unprofessional, and I am confident he was lying as I checked my own BP at home 30 minutes of anger and frustration and it was MUCH lower than he claimed. He also told me he was forcing my 4 hour appointment into a 3 hour window and since he wasted so much time I only had 2 and 1/2 hours remaining and so he didnt want to do it.
