Dakota is absolutely amazing!! He is upfront and honest. He even figured out I had been paying extra insurance I didn't need for the past 2 years. I will not go to another AT&T store. These people are wonderful! Thanks so much for always being there to help!!

I had such a great experience at this store. Dakota Avery the manager was so helpful. I live closer too and normally go to the willow valley store but the costumer service was not good. They seemed unwilling to help and like it was more trouble to help then worth. I went to Dakota in Manheim which is a significant drive for me and left with my bill being what it should be and having everything explained so I knew what my final bill was going to be. He made sure I got all the discounts I qualified for and my bill lower then when I got there. Great costumer service!

I stopped in for a specific cable. The store manager said hello before the door closed behind me. He looked high and low and found it for me ( my description of what I needed wasn't good ) and was a great person to do business with talk to.......

Store Manager, Dakota is exceptional with providing the services you want and expect from AT&T. He managed 3 different customers simultaneously & efficiently by acknowledging each person’s individual needs. He listened, explained and demonstrated anything that was presented to them. His professionalism, knowledge of his products and superb customer service left each client with the feeling of getting the best possible outcome. He is personable and I highly recommend choosing this Manheim store to shop, and check out what is available at AT&T.
