This specific branch is the worst I've ever had to deal with. The bank manager doesn't call you back. I tried to reach him multiple times and never heard back even after they took my name and number and told me they would have him reach out to me. Don't bank here.

I call backs. Lied to over and over again about issues. We were even assured the branch manager would call me. Well that was a few days ago and guess what, no call.These people are clowns who I wouldn’t trust with your money or private information

Went inside at the bank since drive through service slow and disgusting and takes forever. But that was even worse.

This branch is known for being kinda lousy.I waited for almost an hour at a drive thru.Another time I could not get a simple debit card no matter how many times I went in and requested one.

I've NEVER had a problem or been treated rudely in almost 15 years. The one female teller, Sujelise(spelling) always greets you as you walk to the counter, she's smiling and goes above & beyond.

Do not go to this bank if you want good customer service!!! I normally do not post reviews, but after my experience this morning I felt compelled to do so. After sitting in line for 30 minutes at the drive thru, they refused to serve me because it was 12:15 and they closed at 12. I even explained to the teller that I got in line at 11:45 which is before they closed. She did not care and gave me some lame excuse about it being a security issue. (What?) What happened to the days when banks cared about their customers and treated them accordingly. We have been customers at this bank for 20 years...since back when it was Farmers First Bank before all the name changes. When it was Farmers First and even Susquehanna Bank, the common practice at the drive thru was that if you were in line before closing time you received service. That is just common courtesy. Unfortunately, with every name change this bank's service has declined. This incident was not my first issue with BB&T recently, so I guess this was the straw that broke the camel's back so to speak. I guess it's time to look for a new bank.

Customer service is okay, there’s just one thing I highly dislike about this bank that no other bank did to me before. I requested my mother to go into the bank and make a deposit into my account on my behalf. Upon my mother giving the teller my bank information to deposit the money into my account; the teller denied the deposit because it wasn’t me putting the money in... are you serious? What happened to immediate family? What if this was an emergency? I would understand if it was a withdrawal, but for a deposit? C’mon now.

This is the 2nd time I have been overdrawn on my regular Statement Savings Account & am seriously considering closing out my account & going to another bank because this is a major disappointment to me & my wife.
