Store is cluttered and neglected. The aisles and shelves are filled with opened boxes and plastic. It’s slightly better than it used to be a few years back during COVID-19, but the employees are even worse.
There’s a terrible smell the second you enter the store, and it doesn’t seem to stop anywhere I go. The manager is rude and unhelpful, and it’s caused me and a variety of other customers to stop entering this location JUST because of her musk.
Shopping is distracting, items are misplaced or expired, and metal containers with boxes are scattered in nearly every aisle. I am extremely disappointed with the current management and hope somebody does something about it.

First coming in your greeted by this weird awful smell. It makes shopping unmanageable. The store is always chaotic and there is only one employee I love there, she is nicer than the two older woman. Be carful with their self check out because it can be a money grab without you noticing, some coupons won't clip right and twice theyve done nothing to help but be irritated and rush you out the store.The one in Akron is far organized and your greeted by the most nicest staff and she goes out of her way to make your shopping experience better.

I’m so happy we stopped in here. We ordered balloons on Amazon that we couldn’t find in a store but needed to get them filled. We were fortunate to find out they fill balloons here even if you didn’t buy them here. The manager didn’t even charge us!

Just another run of the mill shitshow. Employees can’t punch in. Losing employees daily. Not enough employees to run store daily. Very shady stuff going on here. Missing money from the safe. Money just laying free in the safe.

Always nice people working, however they should pay their workers a little bit better or give them more incentive to stay. Seems like they have a new staff every couple weeks.

If I could give it negative if I could. I can't blame the staff they're trying but the training sucks because the turnover rate is out of control(ie nobody is qualified to train). As a multi billion dollar corporation you need to get your staffing under control. The only way you can do this is to get on cue with everyone else and start paying your employees better. Stop forcing that 12% annual growth and secure your current real-estate before you lose it. Fire your ceo and logistics team and start over so I can stop guessing weather your open or not.
