What an excellent experience on my trip to this Manheim Dollar Tree. Mick was cashiering and when I brought my loaded cart through his line (party supplies & fragile items), most other stores would have been annoyed. Instead, Mick treated me with kindness, ensured the safety of my items and even offered to help load my vehicle. I’ve been to many other Dollar Trees all over Lancaster County and this is my new favorite! Store appeared clean and there were plenty of staff around to help. Gives me hope that customer service isn’t dead this day in age!

I have never been in a Dollar Tree store that was so unorganized and messy. There were boxes everywhere, stuff in piles, miscellaneous things lying in the wrong place, disorganized boxes overflowing with xanything and everything. Corporate needs to come visit and get this place straightened out. Terrible image for this awesome company. I left with nothing as it was so awful looking.

When the "manager "throws your items, does not bag your things, and can't hand you a receipt? Since when do so called managers look like they rolled out of bed. Won't be back there!

My fiancé went to grab balloons for our daughter’s first birthday this afternoon. He asked for assistance and the cashier at the time (12pm) was extremely rude to him off the bat, basically barking at him that she needed the numbers. So he gave her the numbers, his card was declined and he asked if she could hold the balloons and he’ll come back later. She huffed and puffed and stated she didn’t want to hold the line but that’s not what he asked. She shouted to another associate and loudly said in front of the entire store with other customers inside “this guy has no money”. That was not the case, the bank froze his card without his knowledge so he just needed to call them. A very nice lady paid for the balloons, she really didn’t have to and he was so appreciative of that. There are some decent human beings around, but this particular cashier was not at all. It’s insane that someone could be that rude especially working in customer service.
