11/29/23 - We have used this company for years! Not sure what happened to their customer service but we are left with NO gas in below freezing temperatures. Wonderful. So much for the customer service they speak so highly of on their website.My husband was instructed to call to fix a leaking shutoff valve their tech found last year. He was told to call when tank was at 10 percent. He called several times in the past 3 weeks to get set up to fix the valve and fill the tank. He NEVER received a call back from anyone !! He had several conversations today with customer service reps who said he will get a call back and that this issue went up to management level. He was told that delivery won’t be until 12/7/23. We are at 0 gas now ! Well it’s 5:15 and NO call from them !!! He did exactly what they wanted him to do. They aren’t taking accountability for dropping the ball on this issue, which was not following up with him for service. I would rate 0 stars. I think they should go back and edit all that fluff on the website as it doesn’t mean a thing. Service stinks !!12/1/23 - Update I sent follow-up email to owner as requested below in the am. I will edit this again with the resolution as soon as I hear back.12/1/23 - received a follow up email from Ferrell and they came by and put 50 gallons of gas to get us by. Much appreciated!!

Bought a house that had a propane tank being serviced by Ferrellgas, but when I called to try to set up an account so I could order propane, they told me the previous owners would have to contact them to let them know they sold the house before I could do anything. I've never felt more like someone absolutely did not want my business. Not a good sign for what future customer service would be.

I have had my order in for a Propane Delivery well in advance. Why is it I am sitting here in my home for 2 days without any heat & they tell me I am still not on the route to be delivered?!? It's 43 degrees in my house!! Plus, I have medical disabilities & small children who live here. I was told yesterday that my propane would be delivered TODAY. I called & they have no record of that & I am still not on route!! We are in the single digits tonight with the temps!! Can I please have my propane so I can heat my home for my family?!?

Last spring I had called about having and second tank installed at my cottage in Mount Gretna. I was told that they were not installing any new tanks due to Covid. Since I rented the tank I ask if they could replace the tank that was there for the past 10 years as it was filthy dirty and rusted.They told me that they would do that. The cottage is not occupied fulltime and the tank was approx 85% filled at the time. A few months later I noticed that the tank had been replaced or cleaned up but also that the valve on top was leaking. The gauge showed it was now at 35% so I called to report a leak and since the cottage had been used very little I ask for a credit as when they serviced the tank they didn't tighten the connection properly causing a significant loss of propane. I was told I would be issued a credit when they filled the tank. I got two bills a short time later. The first for 57 gallons of propane at $1.00 more per gallon than my last delivery and no credit of any kind and then a $200.00 plus bill for an emergency service call to fix the leak that they created. After calling their office they did abate the charge for the service call but still haven't seen a credit for the lost propane. I have been a customer since it was Myers but maybe soon time to find a new supplier

Overpriced and lousy customer service. Forced me to change bottles and now I have to call them. Was a customer back when it was Myers Metered Gas in the 70's and then Doxol propane. It's gone downhill ever since. Looking to change soon

Their delivery service is generally good, however I recently requested a "full fill" of my LP tank...but the driver only filled it about half. I called HQ and asked "what's up with that?" They said they'd send him back out to fill my tank but that hasn't happened...nor has anyone reached back out to me to explain what happened and how they'll make it right. I am currently disenchanted with Ferrellgas...but would be happy to have my opinion changed. OK?

Customer service and central ordering system is awful. Going to have to find a new supplier who answers the phone locally and can fill delivery order. Save you trouble and go elsewhere.

Get your gas elsewhere, it is not possible to have worse customer service than this place. Office staff is rude and just wants to be off the phone. When we finally got rid of them they refuse to refund any unused portion of a rental fee. Pricing model is set up to take advantage of you.
