“Overall experience was good. They worked with us to install 2 sinks that we provided into kitchen and laundry room quartz countertops, and we appreciate that very much. Their prices are good but please make note of the pricing you are quoted and verify the SF price is on your quote so there is no confusion moving forward. I do underatand they need to change SF price depending on size and scope. Install crew was more of a 3 or 4 stars because the one countertop did not sit as flush to wall as they could have made it and now we have a large area of caulk that does not look good. With that said, we would not hesitate to use or recommend in the future! I will update with pictures when our project is complete, thank you Tip Top for your help.”

“Just hire them! The entire team at Kitchen Encounters and all of their subcontractors far exceeded my expectations. I can't say enough good things about this company and would recommend them to anyone! Personally, I will not bother to try and find someone else for my next project because I'm sure they wouldn't measure up anyway.

The project and communication was best-in-class from the start of the design to the last nail. They clearly value quality and integrity in their work. Everyone at Kitchen Encounters and all of their subcontractors were courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and skilled at what they do. They handle the unexpected with ease. When I needed some work that was not on the original contract, they helped me get what I needed. Unexpected things happen in a large project (kitchen, bath, windows, doors, floors) and they worked through all of it with me.

“Weinstein Supply stepped up when another Bathroom Supply Company dropped the ball on our Swanstone Walls and Shower Door and had the materials to us within 6 weeks. We had been waiting on the Swanstone Walls from the other company since the beginning of January 2021 and were told in July that Swanstone did not have the order and we would have to reorder at the current pricing. We cancelled that order and went with Weinstein. Rose is on the ball and answered all of our questions and went out of her way to make sure we had the best match for what we wanted. This is an awesome company and I would highly recommend them.”

Installed a Soaker tub which I later discovered had some damage. Hajoca and Vendor worked with me on Replacing the tub.”
