This was my first time at NT, as a recommendation from a friend. Great availability for last minute scheduling but I’m very happy with the dip manicure and gel pedicure.
I didn’t request anything fancy, since I’m not a gal that always has her nails done but just does them for special occasions. Everyone was nice, fast and wonderful!

I was completely not impressed with their service. I found their manner making the appointment very abrupt and rude, then when my daughter was just a few minutes late due to traffic, they canceled the appointment when she was 3minutes late. Do not recommend.

I’m editing an old review and taking my stars back because I used to come here and give them a lot of business. I was loyal for years. I would come in there and spend well over 200$ and tip the 20-25% EVERYTIME. I would bring friends I EVEN INTRODUCED MY MOM. I still kept going there even when they just started creating random up charges it was never about money it was because of how nice and accommodating they were and patient and detailed.
Recently I had a baby and I wanted to do my mommy make over before I go for vacation. My mom goes here regularly and faithfully still til this day since they opened over 6 years ago so she made me an appointment FOR FULLSET AND GEL PEDICURE …since it used to be my favorite and they always satisfied me.
Now they overbook themselves they rush through their work because they’re trying to fit as many clients in as possible.
If you have preferences they will have an attitude. They expect to do whatever they want on your nails and you better like it cause she’ll suck her teeth and be rough with your hands.
(KEEP IN MIND I DROVE FROM HARRISBURG TO GO TO THEM BECAUSE THATS HOW MUCH I USED TO LOVE IT THERE) so I get there exactly at 11:00 my appointment time. And the owner female was doing my nails in a rushing manner and I wasn’t a fan of the tip extensions she was using because they were pointing up annd made my nails look so bad. EVEN THOUGH SHE HAD THE ONES I WANTED. She just didn’t want to use them with an excuse of my nails are too short it won’t work. But i have got my nails done before w a regular tip just fine. Anyways, she didn’t want to use the tip I wanted so I just politely told her it’s okay I’ll just do my pedicure and they refused to do my pedicure and turned me away because I wasn’t happy with the way the tips made the full set look.
LONG STORY SHORT, over booked. Too busy. Rush too much. More worried about quantity than quality. I TAKE MY 5 stars back and I’m never telling anyone to go there ever again!

I’ve been a loyal customer for eight years.Today, I called in to make an appointment, but was denied. Apparently, there’s another woman who shares my name, but has blonde hair, and didn’t show up for her appointment last Saturday at 10:45am.I know that the woman they speak of isn’t me. I have black hair, but beyond that I’ve been in Philadelphia for the past 3 months because my son was at the Children’s Hospital. In the interim I’ve been going to Chestnut Nails.NTT Nails literally discarded a loyal customer of eight years for sharing the same name of someone who’s been banned.Service: Gel manicures

I called for a spur of the moment nail appointment and they made time for me to sneak in. I got a full sleek simple set and they did an AMAZING job. Great attention to detail. The nail tech used about 4 different Dremel tool attachments to shape them perfectly. They were quick, and very professional. I'm obsessed and I will definitely be coming back in once I'm ready for a new set.

Charging more because you use a credit card is irritating to me. I always tip more because I use a card . Well, I don't like the surcharge, so no tip either. Great service. Exceptional pedicures!! Don't like when owners talk back and forth in their language makes me wonder who they are talking about.

I LOVE this nail salon. i have been trying to find a nail salon for about a year now i would actually like to stay loyal with & i’m so glad i found this one. she is the best. shape is always so good & she is so kind. she is quick but never rushes. definitely the best. 10/10 recommend this place!!Service: Acrylic nails
